L'Oréal Paris ELVIVE Total Repair 5 Restoring Shampoo

I am pretty brave in the hair department. ... i often change from white blonde to dark brown and back again. Recently I had a hair disaster at a salon attempting to go blonde . The hairdresser had to have 3 goes over 2 days to fix her stuff up. I couldn't get a brush throgh my hair and couldn't straighten as my hair was so brittle and dry it was just breaking. A friend recommended this shampoo so I gave it a go. My hair has never felt so good. It's smooth, soft, strong, and smells great. I even went back get the treatments and leave in. Very impressed.

Quality for the price is awesome! I love love love this shampoo personally smells nice and gives my hair a natural shiny and smooth feel.

Absolutely loved this shampoo! I've been looking for a shampoo that would make my dry unruly hair as soft as possible and I think this may just be the product! Not only did it make my hair soft, it also made it look shiny and healthy while lathering up really well.

This is my current go to product. I love everything about this shampoo it smells great and leaves my hair fresh and clean while also being soft and totally nourished.

I have really enjoyed using this product so far. I usually stick to Shampoo & Conditioner for coloured hair. This has proven to be a great way to give me heavy hair with dandruff flakes everywhere. With L'Oreal, I did not feel weighed down, no presenting dandruff and my hair felt amazing right from the first wash. The shampoo, I found to be very effective at cleaning my hair and making it feel fresh and properly cleansed. I didn't notice any colour washing down the drain like I have with other shampoos that have not been designed specifically for coloured hair. I just wish I had been chosen for the trail for the conditioning treatment too, I like continuity of hair care systems. Might just have to go purchase step 3!

Bonus - The smell is incredible!

I am SO impressed with this Total Repair Duo!! The shampoo is in a good sized especially for the retail price and is easy to squeeze the desired amount into your hand.

I love the light scent and the way this foams ups so quickly. Rinses out quite easily and leaves my hair feeling really clean.

I definitely am loving using this along with the matching conditioner. My hair is SO soft!!!!! I noticed the change in my hair only after the second wash. It has a lovely shine and and it really manageable making straighting it really fast.

In was thinking of dying my hair again but since using this it really has given it a new life and no longer feel the need to colour my hair!

This is an amazing shampoo which has rejuvenated my damaged hair. This is shampoo has a smooth, silky consistency and a a subtle fragant smell whcih leaves hair clean and fresh. After just one use my hair, which had previously been dried out at the ends due to blonde highlights, and had a tendency to be greasy and weighed down in near the roots, was left revitalised and healthy. The shampoo evened out my hair, leaving it silky all over and very smooth and clean looking. The dry ends, which were often brittle and appeared to be breaking are now stronger and smoother than ever. It works so well that my hair is still silky the next day, meaning I do not have to wash it every day as I previously had to. Perfect for remedying problem hair, especially when it is dried out!

So over the years I have tried all sorts of shampoos that will remove all dirt and grease from my hair without stripping the colour. I dye my hair every 3-4 months and currently it is a gorgeous violet berry purple! Before trying this shampoo I had tried another and almost cried as I watched half of my colour go down the drain...... and half of my hair! It was stripping my hair out of my head!!!

So, when I received this shampoo, naturally I was hesitant, so I made my partner try it first - no hair loss! Feeling a little more confidant in the product, it was my turn.

So lets start with the packaging. I found I kept dropping the bottle, it was quite hard for me to grip (carpal tunnel), but that's my issue - not yours. The caps were easy to open but sometimes got in the way of the product if not opened correctly.

Oh and the smell! It smelt soooo beautiful! reminded me of the conditioners that come with the home hair colouring products.

The shampoo itself came out looking pearly white and it was nice and thick too so it didn't run off my hand before I put it into my hair. It bubbled in my hair nicely and then the smell intensified which to be honest, I quite enjoyed. Gave me more of a clean feeling.

When I rinsed it out, however, like most shampoos, my hair felt very straw-like. I saw a small amount of my purple hair colour go down the drain but didn't notice any hair going with it!! YAY!!

So all in all, I have to say I quite like this product, it cleaned my hair the way a shampoo should!

This product has done exactly what it says it does... my hair is healthy looking and easier to manage. Ive lost majority of my split ends I had prior to using the shampoo and conditioner. Makes my hair smell amazing afterwards to.Also my hair is more managable and its made me fall in love with my hair again.

RIGHT OHHHH, here we go ladies, I have been using this one for the trial and like all with the same effects i was just thinking it would be the same and i wouldn't see the difference BUUUUT i was wrong, sooo wrong. firstly the feel was just like any other shampoo i use, and it didnt really foam up like the others i actually liked this as it become so much easier to wash out. my hair was not as dry feeling like the others and LETS FACE IT hair straight after just shampoo generally not so nice! BUT i couldnt actually beleive how my hair felt and thought i betterdo a second shampoo WELL not needed and my hair still felt good, OVERALL im impressed the smell was great BUT mainly can i just finish with leaving you this my end are not split looking and my has never looked so healthy being this color and i have tried alot!!
