L'Oreal Paris Age Perfect Golden Age SPF15 Day Cream Review

When I opened this little jar of magic I was really surprised at the colour - it's a beautiful rose gold and looks a little like a BB Cream. The magic is that not only is it a moisturiser that makes a difference to your skin, the hint of colour does act like a BB Cream, only better. The cream is very light and easy to blend and makes a noticeable difference to your skin quite quickly. Within a week I was getting comments about how good my skin was looking. I'm wearing a lot less makeup - and I'm absolutely certain that it's because of this moisturiser. I have noticed a reduction in fine lines and pigmentation as well which is fantastic. It has a very subtle fragrance and will not make your skin greasy at all which is also a bonus. I don't like heavy creams and these seem to be the norm for anyone over 50. This jar of magic from L'Oreal is anything but. Along with the serum, I've also already bought a second jar. I've used expensive creams in the past and I honestly wouldn't go back to them now that I've found this one.

I was lucky enough to trial this product, and have been pleasantly surprised by it. Upon opening I was rather taken aback by the colour of it, and was somewhat worried that this would cause redness to my complexion as I use an anti-redness primer anyway, however, this was not the case.

After using the serum and allowing it to dry a little, apply a small amount of the cream to face, neck and décolletage.

The cream has a lovely fresh scent and is a beautiful light creamy texture which applies easily without dragging the skin.

I have enjoyed using this day cream with its SPF15 over the last 3 weeks and would certainly recommend it, my skin looks and feels more hydrated than prior to use. However after such a short time I cannot state that my fine lines have diminished.

The packaging for this product is lovely! It comes in a 50ml glass pot with a golden lid, so looks quite luxurious. The cream is rich with a rosy/peach hue which I found interesting. The fragrance is quite light and non offensive. It promises to redensify & protect skin and reactivate a rosy glow.It has an SPF 15 and is specially formulated for mature and dull skin. On first application, I used it after the Serum that is also part of this range. I found it to definitely give a rosy glow to my skin but unfortunately this doesn't suit my skin type which is oily and olive toned. I did continue to use it for trial purposes, underneath primer and foundation to counteract the shine! I didn't find any benefit long term for me, but feel that it could be a favourite for more mature, dry skin types that want the rosy glow back.

Smooth and silk and protected my face well (no sunburn). Felt light and refreshing. Would recommend.

This pink moisturiser is wonderfully hydrating and it really does leave my skin looking rosy and healthy. I've been using it for around 4 weeks with 2 other products from the range and I am in love with it!

It's lighter than the night cream but still quite thick. It's not heavy at all though, it soaks in beautifully and instantly lifts my skin - in texture and tone. I honestly feel radiant after using it!

I would definitely recommend this to other women my age, its a fabulous product and a really reasonable price.

When I first opened this day cream I was concerned that the pink colour was going to make my skin tone look terrible and red. I needn't have worried however - I found immediately after use, it softened my skin tone.

After 3+ weeks of regular use I have found it to be nourishing and soothing, yet light and comfortable.

A great discovery and I will repurchase when I run out.

This has got to be the biggest surprise i've found under a lid in a long time.

The product is PINK people! PINK. Not a subtle delicate in your face pink but a bold earthy 'i'm here' kinda colour.

There's nothing wrong with it. It was just a bit of a surprise. The product itself is lovely.The consistency is perfect for me and it glides onto your skin and absorbs easily.

It has an SPF 15 in it (tick) good for people like me that can tend to be a bit lazy about daily sunscreen application. You use it after the serum and it left my skin feeling super plumped and fresh.

I have these lines above my lips which get worse when i'm dehydrated and I noticed that the use of these products really reduced the look of these. I loved it and would absolutely buy it again.

The glass container housing this product is easy to hold and use. The gold lid and display hue on the glass is simply 'classy'. To open and reseal the lid is very easy and product sealing. The consistency of the cream is creamy, easy to apply and it certainly makes my skin appear moist, less pale and ready to apply foundation. Every mornings this product was applied after the L'Oreal Paris Age Perfect reactivating serum and I found that it did not matter whether this was directly before applying foundation and make-up procedure or after time, e.g. breakfast, the application of foundation was enhanced as my skin was moister and smoother. The coverage of this product is excellent. It simply glides on. The perfume is pleasant. In regards to the price, I feel this is very good value. I have used it daily for more than a month and in considering how much product I have used, I believe the container would last between 8-10 months. The direction to apply with circular motion is correct. It is so easy to spread/move to areas you intend it to apply to. I highly recommend this product. I've had some nice comments about my skin. Yes I have taken time to really care for my facial regime, but the results have been positive and I'm thrilled with the outcome.
