I’ve been using the set of three products for around 8 days so far. The product claims to repair the skin and de-crinkle in four weeks, leaving the skin toned and firm.
I’ve been using the serum then the day cream every morning, and the serum then the night cream every night. Even in this short time I can notice the difference and can’t wait to see how my skin looks in four weeks. The day cream is thick and creamy and settles in nicely to my skin after the serum. And the night cream is even thicker and also absorbs well after the serum. Although the day and night cream are fabulous, the serum is the real stand-out for me – I absolutely love it.
All three products are rich and you only need use a small amount of each for each application – and that’s no exaggeration, as if you know me you’ll know I love to heavily marinade my skin with products usually. I’m sticking to using only as much as I need to cover my face and neck so that the product does last four weeks - which will be a miracle for me – and because I really do see the progress each day. I’m actually sure the day and night cream will last much longer than four weeks as I haven’t made much of a dent in one week of use. I’m not exactly sure of the price for these three products but together I think it’s around $130.00 It might sound like a lot, but the results are absolutely worth it and using three products means they’ll last a good while.
It’s great to see products especially made for mature women. Our skin has it’s own special needs and I’m happy to say that this range of products meets my needs very well. A superior range of products in my opinion. And I will come back at the end of the pots and update on how my skin is after four weeks and/or when the product ran out. I expect to have very positive results based on my progress to date.
I was most fortunate to receive three items of skin care in the L'Oreal Paris Age Perfect range to trial. To have a "matching set" for daily use is a privilege indeed. The dark brown recyclable containers sport shiny gold lids, three very attractive items to grace the vanity unit!
Advertised as "for mature, dry skin", the skin care range shouted my name. Tick - mature; tick - dry (in places). Some "crinkling" and of course the inevitable laugh lines have become more evident, especially since we now live in a dry climate with seasonal extremes in temperatures.
I felt the window of time to test the products was not wide enough but I know I will be using these for weeks to come, perhaps the serum will empty first but the creams will last possibly three months, making their purchase price diminish somewhat. I would have preferred more variation in the night/day cream colourings and the labels are quite minute to read and thus distinguish. One disappointment, no SPF rating in any items.
I will purchase this range in future, not only is it affordable but also I feel my skin thirsting for that morning cleanse/nourish/moisturise and the L'Oreal Paris Age Perfect goods satisfy this.
Tips: Keep the twin jars of day and night cream separate from one another, it's all too easy to use the wrong one, wrong time!
