I use this hair colour regularly, it is great that it is semi permanent (better for hair & less dye build up) and the colours are accurate. I often get compliments on my hair when recently coloured with this. Great price point too!

Does what it says it will, glad to say that it even blended some grey's away well and lasted around 6 weeks washing my hair every second day. I've used this a few times now and definitely my favourite for lush shiny hair.
I am a colour your hair at home kinda girl as going to the salon costs your firstborn and a leg sometimes! So, looking around at all of the at home options it can be a bit confusing and overwhelming. I gave this product a try as it had a really good range of colours and the instructions were straight forward. Using this colour is easy and the results are great. T is quite a thick formula sonit dosent drip all over the place. It will cover those pesky greys that keep appearing. My hair has a wonderful shine to it and is soft to the touch. I have used this for a few years now and will continue to do so.
Tips: Always do a patch test!
Easy to use, gentle on scalp. It leaves a lovely smell however it hardly changed my hair colour as it said. Not gonna use it again as no point in putting any chemical for no reason.
without ammonia, which makes it a gentle option for those concerned about hair damage. My hair is really sensitive so this is good for me and also It leaves your hair shiny and looking pretty after you style it and with colouring your hair, this product also works as a conditioner. The colour is not too orangey and has a nice undertone as I'm darker skin and I also use purple shampoo sometimes.
I like to cover my greys this hair dye works well it blends into my natural colour so it doesn’t look like I’ve dyed it. Give a glossy look.
This hair dye totally covers grey hair but it only lasted two weeks before started to lighten up and loose its colour but it is a nice colour I use the light brown and it turns out shiny and a nice colour when applied
Tips: I would invest in buying a hair cape to save getting any dye on clothes and neck
Hi Beauties xx Now this is showing my age, the last time I had used Casting Colour was in 1993!! I had purchased it not long ago, and it is still an amazing coverage of colour, vibrant, leaves hair soft and shiny!! Colour lasts, no ammonia, so no dry hair or regrowth!! The only thing that puts me off is the price, so unfortunately I have not brought it again, until it is on special as I need two boxes xx
Tips: It is always good to have clean hair and brushed free of knots so you get even coverage, happy colouring xx
I have only recently made the switch to semi-permanent hair dye, and I wish I had done it sooner! My hair feels so much healthier and as the colour fades out before I colour again, I dont get the dull uniform looking brown that I had after years of dying with permanent and all the build up over time. I used this dye on nearly all uncoloured hair, as I had been trying to gorw out my greys for a few years. Using this semi permanent means I can still let the dye fade out if I decide I want me greys back, which I really like.
The colour is great, a tiny bit darker than the box, but I ALWAYS find that! Shiny, doesnt smell as strong, and good value.
I have been using this for many years at home! I love that they are semi permanent colour so they provide far less damage to the hair than permanent colour. Comes in so many different shades and semi permanent is so hard to find in drugstores! Makes my hair so shiny! My go to at home
