L'Oreal Paris Casting Creme Gloss Review

I really love this stuff! i hate regrowth in my hair and i really dont fancy the idea of committing to one hair colour so i really like the fact its only semi permanent and because i dont really want to dye my hair regularly and risk damaging it i still have my natural hair colour which is perfect! my only problem with this hair dye is the colours they stay true to the box for the first two or so washes but after the third wash there is quite a change in colour and it stays that colour for the majority of the washes which is kind of annoying so i would suggest going and even darker colour so you get the colour you want for a longer time!

I use this colour any time I can't get to a hair dresser. It is gentle yet gives the best colour and leaves your hair feeling soft and shiny.

I was a bit hesitant in buying this but I have to say it is an amazing package! The instructions are very easy to use, the box is very appealing, the gloves that it comes with are professional fitting gloves which is a big plus! (Not over sized gloves that constantly fall of) The smell of the dye isn't strong & has a flowery scent to it, the dye smothers the hair and covers it really well, all the mess I made in my bathroom was very easy to clean as well as the mess I made all over myself. It covers everything, I just recently dyed my bright red hair the medium brown and you wouldn't tell! I would highly recommend this product & it was worth every cent! I will be buying this again

Absolutely amazing colour, true to what the box said it would be and easy to apply. My only problem is it did not fade! Months and months later I still have very very dark hair! I used a temporary so I didn't have to commit to one colour for a long time. Bit frustrating though it is probably my hair's fault. - Lucky I love the colour!

Easily applied and affordable. I left in a little longer than normal on those cheeky grey hairs. make sure you rinse your hair until water runs clear and use the shampoo provided.

I did like this product. There arent many semi-permanent colours on the market and these do make your hair look sper glossy afterwards. They are not too 'chemical' smelling and are mild on the scalp. I did find that the colour I ended up with was quite different to the one on the box though.....

Another one of the hair products i will use over and over when colouring my hair. It works great, colours turn out beautifully and my hair always feels nice afterwards. Lasts a long time and hardly any fade out.

At 20$, I think it's a little over the value of the product. Ive only tried a dye of this series once, and it was going blonde > brown. The color didn't go on very strong (turned out a fair bit lighter than i expected), and faded very quickly. Also the product isn't as thick and creamy as I like my dyes to be, so it felt a little painful for my hair. In saying that, the range of colors they provide is quite good. Perhaps I will try one of their blondes in the future

I have been using this product for quite a few years now. Since my gray hairs started appearing I have found this product works perfect for me. I have been back to the salon and had my hair coloured. I have gone back to Casting Creme. I only put the creme on my roots, then every other time I do my colour I put the rest through the ends for the last 10 mins. My hairdresser tells me that my hair looks good for colour, with no build up. I love the conditioner, leaves your hair feeling soft and glossy. There is always plenty even though my hair is thick and quite long. A great product, and it's temporary, so washes out gradually.
