Recently bought this foundation not expecting much and was pleasantly surprised by it, it has a nice amount of coverage, doesn't look cakey and mattifies amazingly. However when I wore this in hot weather i found that at the end of the day it had all come off my nose and needed touching up between my brows and on my cheeks as it had separated a bit but considering the heat it stayed on quite well. I've since used this foundation again in cooler weather where it had better staying power. Although I found it still seperated a little due to my oily skin type. Overall it's a nice foundation, but does need to be touched up throughout the day if you have oily skin.

I love this foundation so much! It is everything a person with oily/combination skin would want in a drugstore foundation. It comes in a plastic bottle that is great for travelling with. It has a fine-tipped nozzle that makes it easy to control how much product you squeeze out.
The coverage of this foundation is medium according to the packaging, but it is not far off being full. However it doesn't feel cakey at all. In fact it feels quite lightweight when I apply it with a beautyblender. Usually it takes only an hour before my nose starts to get a bit oily, but with this foundation it takes nearly the whole day before I start to look even a little bit oily. It lasts very well when I wear it, and it doesn't fade or appear patchy. I still set this foundation with a powder though.
My only problem with this foundation is that the lightest shade they stock in New Zealand is too dark for my very pale skin. I currently have the shade Vanilla, but I know that they sell an even lighter shade in other countries. If they stocked the shade Porcelain here, I would be over the moon with joy! At the moment I can only use this foundation if I have fake tanned or if I mix it with a lighter colour.
I really hope that with winter coming up that L'Oreal will consider stocking this foundation in the lighter shade. If they did I would update this review to 5/5 because that is the only thing preventing me from leaving a perfect review.
I love trying out new foundations, but I always seem to keep coming back to this foundation. It has the best coverage, lasts all day and does not transfer. If I had to compare this to a high-end foundation it would be Estee Lauder Double-Wear, thats how good it is! I have already recommended this to my friends enough, I do have to caution however that if you do not like 'matte' or 'full coverage' foundations or do not like the Estee Lauder Double-Wear foundation, then you will not like this foundation, however IF YOU DO like all three of these things, then you will love this.
Tips: I use it both with a beauty blender and a foundation brush and it both applies beautifully, when I set with powder and setting spray, it still does not cake up on me.
Love this new foundation! Great coverage, lasts well and does a good job keeping me shine free. My only complaint is that the lightest shade is slightly too dark for me, especially in winter, so a wider range of shades would be good.
