This was listed as a good dupe for Double Wear, so thought I’d give it a bash!
The colour I chose looked pretty close to my skin colour but I find it oxidises and goes a lot more orangey as the day goes on.
The tube is handy, as you can stand it on the lid and the product is right at the end so when it gets towards the end of the tube you don’t struggle to get the last drops out. The nozzle is small and thin so you can really control the application of product.
It’s quite thick, and easy to over do it! I also find it settles in to and accentuates dry patches and fine lines. It does last all day, there is some transfer but for the price point does a good enough job.
For me, other than the coverage and overall finish not much else compares to Double Wear. I keep this for going out in the evening so the dry patches/fine lines aren’t as noticeable in the darker lighting.
This foundation comes in an easy to apply, black tube. I was very disappointed with the limited colour range that L’Oreal offered. The undertones of these foundations are wrong, which makes it extremely difficult to colour match to your skin tone. This foundation applied smoothly to the skin and provided a full coverage. I did like the matte finish. However, this foundation caused my skin to break out, like major! I usually have one or two pimples, and currently my skin is covered in pimples and redness. For the price I paid, I expected more. I won’t be repurchasing this foundation
Tips: Apply the foundation in a circular motion for stretch free finish. Reconsider the foundation if you have sensitive skin
