I’ve used serums before but I don’t think this serum has really changed the look and appearance of my face. I have more acne due to using it and I’m unsure if this is just a coincidence. I stopped using it for this reason and it’s started to clear up.
I like that it doesn’t really have a smell, previous serums I’ve used they have had harsh smells which I don’t like very much.
I like the texture and it absorbs very quickly and I can use it nicely under my makeup or bb cream.
I don’t know if I’d use this again but I’m acne prone so it may just be my skin type, although this hasn’t happened with other serums before.
I feel like my skin tone hasn’t changed very much but I do feel it has reduced my pores.
Overall I probably wouldn’t use it again.
As someone without a regular skincare routine, this review opportunity seemed like a good one to find out if this product would work!
My first thoughts were that the serum comes in a simple but elegant package, with a dropper top for easy application. The initial scent is orange-y and pleasant, but the lingering smell was not as nice after it sat on my face for a while.
I have now used this consistently for around 5 weeks, morning and night, according to the directions of 2-3 drops applied and gently massaged in after washing my face. It applies smoothly and feels good on the skin, just very slightly tacky as it dries.
While I had some hopes this would make a difference, I unfortunately haven't seen any noticeable improvement in my skin. It is maybe a little brighter than normal... if you stand back and squint a bit!
Since I haven't noticed much difference, I will use the rest of this bottle up, but I wouldn't purchase this product to use again - unless my skin becomes noticeably worse after stopping. On that same note, I wouldn't recommend it unless you're looking for a somewhat nice-smelling serum to add to your skincare routine.
Tips: Don't be fooled by the good smell when first opening... prepare yourself for it to get worse!
