L'Oreal Paris Revitalift Eye Cream Review

I used this product with caution as I usually always get red, irritated, weeping eyes from eye creams. This product had no ill effects and left my eye area nourished and soothed. A little goes a long way and works in well with the other products in the range. I have been using this product twice a day, after cleansing my skin, before applying either the day or night cream. I have had people mention that the fine lines around my eye area seem to be soften and lighter. The jar is quite cute and is a mini version of the day and night creams.

What an amazing product this L’Oreal Paris Revitalift Eye Cream! I have been using it for about three weeks as part of my beauty regime and I can definitely notice the wrinkles around my eyes are reducing. It makes the skin around my eyes plumper and smoother. You should definitely try if you start to develop wrinkles around your eyes and notice the difference!

Using a daily eye cream was the biggest revelation! I have never really stuck to an eye cream and instead have used them intermittently. L'Oreal suggested applying the eye cream both day and night as part of the skin care plan. I found that the size of the pot initially seemed small, but I learnt quickly that a little goes a long way. The cream was lovely and light going on, it absorbed really well and cause me any major irritation. I did accidentally rub my eyes one night and got a little in my eye - which wasn't fun, but totally me being dumb, not the fault of the product! I have to say that I wasn't sure that the product would live up to the suggested outcome, but looking at the skin around my eyes today I am really happy. It has done a fantastic job of decreasing any of the wrinkles around my eyes and improving the look of my skin in this area! I definitely think that has had the effect of brightening up my appearance overall and stopping me from looking so prematurely tired all the time. I will absolutely be keeping on using this product and will repurchase when I've finished it - I've been using it twice every single day and I'd estimate I would still at least another month, possibly 2 because I'm not sure how deep the cream is in the pot (I'm not game to stick my finger all the way into it).

I can’t say enough about this, it is exceptionally good!! I can’t wait to put it on day and night, it is almost addictive, because it actually makes the skin under my eyes feel firmer and plumper - I’d have a whole vat of this stuff if I could! It feels amazing and makes the skin under my eyes look less tired, plumper and healthier. Woweee - a winner in my eyes (s’cuse the pun!). 5 stars right there.

I loved this eye cream! It's quite thick and I was really concerned it would make this delicate eye area feel greasy but that wasn't the case at all! A little goes a long way but I really noticed a difference in my eye area while using it. My undereye bags seemed lighter and the tiny lines around my eyes seemed to reduce after maybe a week of using. Using day & night seemed to really lift my eye area, I can see the jar lasting ages as I used so little to get results! Definitely a bargain at $34 when it performs as good as a way more expensive brand.

Would love love love to see this cream in a non jar format, that's the only negative for me but a personal dislike of fingers in jars won't stop me purchasing again.

I don't usually use eye cream that often (although I know I should) so being part of this trial has forced me to use and I'm so glad it has. The skin around my eye area is quite thin and delicate with wrinkles thrown into the mix so I was in desperate need of a decent eye contour cream. After using L'Oréal Revitalift eye contour cream, I have noticed a huge difference, especially in the particularly delicate skin beneath my eyes. It look and feels much more hydrated and stronger than it did previously. Initially I was only using it at night, but then realised I should have been using it morning and night and I think that helped enormously. I'm really impressed with this eye cream and love how it is easily available at the supermarket for a reasonable price. I'll definitely continue with this eye cream.

Eye creams. Hmm. Are they just a day cream in a smaller, more expensive jar?

I started using this eye cream somewhat negatively, due to my preconception of eye creams in general. L'Oreal apparently sensed my cynicism and decided to blow me away with the first use.

The texture is rich but light - and its definitely not the same as either the day or night cream! The scent is very, very light, which is what I want when a product is going near my eyes!

It melts into the skin and feels instantly cooling and refreshing. My bags/dark circles seemed less puffy. Honestly within 10 minutes I no longer looked like an extra from The Walking Dead.

Over the last four weeks I've noticed a huge difference in my under eye area - less puffy and less dark, and the fine lines around my eyes are definitely looking less, erm, crease-y.

I love this SO much I can't mark it down for being in a pot.

The Revitalift Eyecream is in a smaller square jar than the day and night creams, and is the perfect size to be part of the range. Other than the smaller size, it has a red lid (not white) so is easy to see at a glance what product you are choosing.

The cream itself for some reason felt slightly ‘lighter’ to me than the day and night cream, and absorbed beautifully. The instructions say to apply gently from the inner corner of the eye to the outer corner, tapping with the fingertips. This is the first time I have seen instructions like this, I’ve always been told to use the ring finger and go from outer to inner eye. I’m unsure if the tapping creates a different reaction, or if just to ensure you’re not pulling at the delicate skin, but either way it works. The cream seems to be unscented, which I actually liked, and it never created any irritation or discomfort with use.

As for results – I was pleasantly surprised. The fine lines around the outer corner of my eye, and the delicate skin below my eye have improved, with lines reducing or disappearing, and everything seems more plump, with no sagging.

Overall I would happily use this product again. It’s a great price point to get results.

L'Oreal Paris Revitalift Eye Cream - I have been using this for about 3 weeks now. I don’t normally use an eye cream and usually rely on my normal face moisturiser, as in the past eye creams have felt oily and make my eyeshadows half slide off.

However, the texture of this eye cream is medium thickness, not greasy at all, and it absorbs really nicely into the skin around the eye area.

It comes in a cute little glass jar and has a lovely smell.

I haven't noticed a marked difference in the look of the lines around my eyes, although in saying that they are not as pinched and so do look more plumped up than before I think which is nice.

All in all a nice eye cream that I will continue to use – and a very reasonable price.

I have been using this eye cream along with the associated day and night cream for the past four weeks.

Before using this cream, I took a photo of my eye so I could have a before and after photo as I wasn’t confident I would see a change.

There was a definite change, maybe not noticeable to the standard eye without using the photo, but the change was there!

In the photo, I noticed my skin was firmer and not so saggy and also a slight reduction in the lines!

The cream is of a luxurious texture and didn’t leave a greasy mess on either my fingers or face.

I used the eye cream twice a day at the same time I moisturised with the day and night cream.

I will continue using this eye cream, it will take a while to finish the jar as not much cream is required when applying.
