Great serum to quickly add moisture morning and night. The dropper works well for controlling the amount you want and the packaging is perfectly nice. The serum does absorb quickly and left my face feeling refreshed and ready for the next layers of my skincare routine. My skin felt plumper and more elastic straight after application and it seemed to keep my skin hydrated throughout the day, The reason I've scored this product so low for whether I'd use it again simply comes down to the fragrance being so strong. I found it overpowering and quite unpleasant. A real shame considering I enjoyed everything else about this serum, especially since such a powerful scent is unneccessary in skincare. I will admit though, it does die down as the day goes on.

Tips: If you can handle strong fragrances on your face, go for it, the other features are great.
This is an interesting product. I have been impressed with products containing hyaluronic acid before so was keen to try this one.
It comes in a 30 ml glass dropper bottle. 30ml seems quite big for a product of this type. The product drops nicely and neatly from the dropper.
The product itself is clear and gel-like as it drops onto my skin. It absorbs quickly and easily. The scent is very pleasant. Once the product has absorbed, my skin feels soft and looks smooth. It makes a fabulous base for my moisturiser.
I've been using a few drops twice daily as per the directions, for a couple of weeks now. The blurb says immediately skin is deeply hydrated and feels more plump, supple and smooth, which I agree with. Then it says in one week skin regains its bounce and feels firmer and more toned. I haven't seen this yet but my skin does look a little smoother. It also says progressive wrinkle reduction will happen between 2 weeks and 6 weeks. I haven't noticed this in 2 weeks and will update when I finish the bottle.
I don't know how much this bottle of serum costs.
In summary, I like that it hydrates and smooths my skin, and makes for a nice base for my moisturiser, but I haven't seen the other benefits yet. I haven't been using it for long though and am interested in it's effects over a longer period. My experience with L'Oreal has been that this type of products generally do what they say they'll do so I'm looking forward to continuing to use it until the bottle runs out and see what happens by then.
4 weeks later So the bottle is done now. I've upped my score for this product. I feel that my skin not only looks toned after each use, but also looks better overall. I would say it does look smoothed and toned and I'm very impressed with the product. $50 is a fair price because it does a great job and has lasted very well. I do recommend trying it.
Tips: Apply morning and night to freshly washed skin before adding your moisturiser.
Generous sized bottle with easy dripper applicator. The actual serum is reasonably thick and has a pleasant smell. Unusual feeling as it doesn’t absorb like normal moisturiser. It kind of drys and sets on your face. It has definitely made my skin soft and more hydrated thank my other moisturiser. It also doesn’t make your skin feel oily.
I have not noticed any dramatic change in fine lines and wrinkles etc.
For that price, I guess it’s ok but it hasn’t done what I was hoping it would.
Very nice bottle, and lovely texture that doesn’t irritate my sensitive skin, but didn’t improve my skin’s hydration, and I didn’t see any visible change in my wrinkles.
I like this serum, but only after figuring out which way it’s best to use. Right after washing my face, while it’s still slightly damp, I apply a full dropper amount to my face and neck and it seems to work best this way. I always need a good moisturiser after to seal it in as well, I tried it without, but it wasn’t hydrating enough for my dry skin. Also, if I applied this on dry skin, it seemed to draw moisture out of my skin even more, rather than draw moisture into my skin, so I need to make sure to use it right after washing my face or use a nice face spray under or over it. I can see slight improvements in the plumpness of my skin after a few weeks of use, but nothing miraculous, wrinkles are still here and they don’t seem to be going anywhere anytime soon. We have a different type of this serum, for some reason the NZ market has gotten a version with perfumes in it, while the US version is perfume free, as advertised as well. I’d be really interested to know why they make different versions as they sometimes do with products, I noticed this before. I wouldn’t buy this serum for full price as it didn’t give wow worthy results and it’s just not worth the hassle for me.
Tips: Always use on damp skin or use face spray, so the Hyaluronic acid would draw moisture into your skin and not out of it!
Useful little dropper in the bottle to control your usage and make sure you aren’t going to use it up too quickly but only a couple of drops were more than enough to cover the entire face and neck area and spread very easily. It was light and silky absorbing very easily into the skin with next to no scent at all. Considering the amount you need to use this would last a while I noticed an almost immediate effect through the day after trying it on day one and my skin felt softer, however for some reason (and I’ve never had this reaction from a Hyaluronic acid product before) for some reason my face turned into an oil factory, my T-zone being the worst. I haven’t had a breakout reaction from something in a while and I’ve used Hyaluronic acid products before without any kind of reaction like this one so it was a bit of a surprise, but perhaps this may not be the best product for those with combination skin. So softening to the skin, its a Yes. Plumping it out, its a Yes, however causing a massive breakout for some reason, its a NO. I do not think I would use this one again, I have used other Hyaluronic masks with no reaction but for some reason the serum is just a bit much. It has occurred to me that if I were older and my skin dryer that this would probably balance itself out, in my case maybe working slightly too well. Maybe those of us with more mature or dryer skin would have more success with this product than I did. I’m only in my thirties, so for $40 this product is something I would probably try out again in about ten years, I can feel my skin starting to dry out as time goes on but I’m not quite at the right stage for this serum to be useful to me.
Tips: I’d recommend this product to women in their forties or those who have dry skin, definitively not any kind of combination skin or you might risk experiencing a second puberty
It’s always really hard to review these types of things as I really feel you need to use it for several month to potentially start seeing results. I’ve been using it for a couple of weeks and really love the smell and feel of it. I use it day and night after I wash my face. I love the smell, wish that smell came in a perfume bottle as I would definitely buy it. There is no sticky or greasy feel to it and you don’t have to wait long at all for it to dry, making it the perfect product to put on before putting on my makeup for the day. Speaking of putting it on before my makeup I’ve found it a great primer for my foundation. My foundation glides on smoothly and looks more fresh. I haven’t noticed my wrinkles any less visible but again I think that will take time. I will definitely continue to use this product as see how I go.
Tips: Makes a great foundation primer and makes my makeup last longer
I was lucky enough to be selected to trial this for BR review! I have used the other products in this range, but I didn't notice a lasting affect as they were either once off (mask) or week supply of capsules.
This product looks great, i love that the packaging is glass, has a lovely scent and absorbs really quickly in to the skin. I use a fair amount, almost an entire 'squeeze' worth and apply it all over my face and neck. I didn't see any drastic changes in my skins elasticity or plumpness, but it definitely felt smooth and far more hydrated. Undoubtedly will see a change over a longer period of time, as most products take a full skin cycle to show results.
For the readiness and price point, this is a good buy for sure and I would recommend it to those wanting to start experimenting with Hyaluronic Acid products.
When I first went to try it to be honest I was a bit sceptical. I put it on and it felt a bit like a gooey face masks that leaves you with that slightly tight feeling in your skin, after about 5min it had soaked in and didnt feel you leaving sticky or anything which is great! Application is easy with an eye dropper style, a little goes a long way. As far as results, having only been using it two weeks so far the visible difference has not been extreme but my skin does feel a bit tighter and maybe slightly less wrinkly. will continue to use it so will see what it's like after another few weeks
Tips: A little bit goes a long way :)
I love hyaluronic acid. It instantly plumps your skin. I've tried ones from Neutrogena, the ordinary, inkey list and some korean ones as well. I might not love them all but I don't hate them.
I hate this one.
First, some pros - the glass bottle makes it feel super luxurious. The pipette means it's hygienic to use. For me, the pros stop there.
It is so heavily fragranced! I can't even bear to use it. I am a huge believer that facial skin care should not be fragranced. It irritates a lot of people's skin and just doesn't add anything even if you don't have sensitive skin.
It's lightweight and a thin, water like consistency. It doesn't leave my skin plump at all like the others I've tried. I feel like my skin is more dehydrated after using it and have to layer thick moisturiser on top. I've used it morning and night and don't like it with either. Usually, hyaluronic acid leaves my skin so soft and smooth. But this is just a huge miss.
My verdict - the ordinary or Inkey list are way better!
