L'Oreal Paris Revitalift Laser X3 Day Cream Review

I love L’Oreal products so my expectations for the products are always high . Did this live up to them you may well ask ?

Absolutely yes ,I loved this cream ,the smell is amazing ,the soft marshmallowy delicate cream is fantastic . The feeling once you put on the cream is one of soothing and soft . My skin is fairly dry so I do need to use possibly more than others ,however I found it has made a great improvement to my skin texture than what I was using . My skin is smoother ,softer and more supple .

I will continue to buy this product as it has made such a difference .

Can’t say the wrinkles are any better but again one has to be realistic about creams and potions ,they are limited to what they can do .

I am close to turn 50 and have been selected to review the L’Oreal Paris Revitalift Laser X3 Day Cream. I have sensitive dry skin and some redness. I have been using the products for about 1 month at the time of this review (Jan 2018). I am very excited about the results.

In the summer time, I work in an environment where I go from the cold of my office to the warmth of a warehouse many times during the day. I walk and hike regularly. I need to wear products that will hydrate and nourish my skin, but also keep it young looking without running down when I am sweating.

I applied a big pea size amount of day cream every morning on top of the serum and eye cream. The cream is thick and creamy. I enjoy using the cream, even though the texture is thick, it penetrated my skin nicely and I could exercise without having it running down my face. There is barely a rose scent that dissipates very quickly. After a month, with a daily application, I still have a quarter left in the container. My skin has improved and is firmer. The pot is easy to open and close, although heavy.

The packaging stands out with its bright red and grey. I found it attractive. The packaging has a PAP recycling logo. The pots are made of glass, the lids are made of plastic I believe.

I would recommend the product to my friends. Over a month of use, it has made my skin firmer and made my skin tone more even.

Top end... Full Effect... Honestly, I love this day cream! As soon as I opened the gorgeous deep red glass pot. I could smell the tiniest hint of floral freshness, and I was so excited because as a person who dislikes strong odors, scent is one of the biggest deciding factors for me when it comes to choosing what products I will put on my mature dry sensitive skin. This uplifting day cream is extremely gentle, the texture is rich & intense, with a cashmere softness & delivers amazing deep, long lasting moisture. The box promises big things and the product delivers to some extent on all these promises,..My skin feels plumper and looks fresher, vibrant and more youthful. It is non greasy & quickly absorbs into my face. I would recommend to anyone over 30 looking to help minimize aging. I will definitely buy again. I think it's good value for the pot size, after 4+weeks I still have 2/3 of a pot left so it is very economical to use. This is my new regime!

No fragrance and feels very smooth. Has a very nice feel to it. Not oily, thick or sticky. Feels really good on the skin. In a week face felt smoother After a month there is definitely a reduction in lines. My skin feels rejuvenated And if its possible my face looks smaller, which means not sagging any more. My face definitely looks more shapely, contoured. I am impressed with this moisturiser but wish it had SPF in it, As have to use another product with SPF for sun protection

Ahhh, this day cream. I really, really like it. It's light but very hydrating, has a medium consistency that's absorbed easily and the hydrating effects last all day.

I really like the scent - fresh and clinical, it matches the professional and classy design of the product.

Immediately after use my skin felt very soft and relaxed, and ready for foundation, which applied really well.

After four weeks of use in conjunction with the other X3 products, I've noticed massive improvement to my fine lines and general skin appearance. I haven't turned into an oil slick with this hot weather either, which can happen if I use anything above a lotion in summer.

My one gripe with this product is a biggie - there's no SPF, which for a day cream is a bit of a bummer and probably would be the deciding factor as to whether I would repurchase.

A gorgeous light day cream. Super hydrating, it feels like silk on the skin. Light and quickly absorbed, no greasy feeling left on my skin, I love it! Works great as a base under my daily makeup (liquid/powder foundation) and has a light fragrance that doesn’t last too long so it’s not overwhelming. I could definitely see results, my skin is feeling very hydrated, smooth and strengthened. The lines on my forehead were definitely minimised. I’m not super keen on jars because I love pumps and their efficiency. But this was easy enough to get into with slippery hands. The overall packaging was quality and felt high end like a $200 product would. It's recommended for 35+ but I think younger people, looking for a quality anti-ageing product, would see benefits from using this great product.

In order to review this product I have used it in conjunction with the eye cream, serum and night cream as a full regime. I didn't expect too much going into it and have been pleasantly surprised. The packaging for this day cream was attractive and high end professional and boldly claimed to plump, resurface and correct wrinkles. The first thing I noticed when applying is the medium weight softness to the product. It is smooth and velvety and you immediately think "hydration". I did find that my skins hydration improved dramatically and as a result some of my fine lines seem to have plumped out. The fragrance while strong, I found very appealing. The cream absorbs quickly and doesn't leave a greasy film on the skin at all so make up is able to be applied on top relatively soon after application. You don't need to apply more than a pea sized amount so a little goes a long way, making the retail price of $44.95 very reasonable in my opinion. I have given a 4/5 for would I use this product again based purely on the fact that it is lacking an SPF which I find so important in our NZ climate. I would recommend it to others especially in cases of skin in need of hydration.

This day cream has a more usual thick creamy texture than the night cream. It has a lovely rich and nourishing feel but it absorbs quite quickly ready, in just a minute or two, for whatever the day's make-up is to be. Not having the eye cream to hand I have used this quite happily with gently application around the eye area.

I love the packaging of this range - it's so fancy, really above what I'd expect from a mid-range brand. The day cream comes in a heavy deep red glass pottle with a grey lid.

I'm not a huge fan of pottles and dipping fingers into creams, but that's a small qualm.

The cream is lighter than the night, but quite thick compared to my usual moisturiser. It soaks into the skin and leaves no residue behind.

I think after about 2 weeks I felt a difference in my skin, it felt tighter (in a good way) and just looked better. I'm starting to notice my fine lines look reduced, so I cant wait to see what the next few weeks of use bring.

I would recommend this to a friend, the only reason I marked it down slightly, is I'd prefer my day moisturiser to contain SPF, so I'll look out for a Revitalift product with that in it!
