I absolutely loved the smell of this new anti-wrinkle pot of promises, unfortunately that's about where my appreciation stopped. Whilst I definitely fit into the described demographic of 35+ (which I find equally as unfortunate) I don't suffer from dry dull skin. Hurrah! Well actually no not so much. I have quite an oily complexion which means anything with too much nourishing hydration actually makes me look like I've covered my face in butter. Not so fetching. I imagine someone with a need for intense moisture would do well with this product, it's a lightweight cream texture that does feel like it's adding quite a bit of hydration. I tried using it as a night cream instead, which I worked a little better. But I don't think it's a product I would personally be rushing out to purchase in the future, purely down to personal skin type preferences.

L'Oreal Paris Wrinkle Expert 35+ Reviews
The anti-wrinkle hydrating day cream for contains Collagen to help strengthen the skin’s cushion, for smoother, plumper skin. It visibly reduces first signs of ageing including fine lines, elasticity loss and dryness.
Reviews
Tips: I would recommend using this product if you need something that delivers a rich moisture hit but with little residue. However only if you are on the dryer side, and as it appears it doesn't contain any spf built in, you would need to still add in this step to your skin care regime.
The product was packaged well and had a good texture. It went on the skin nicely and didn't leave a greasy feel. The one thing I didn't like was that it didn't have any sunscreen in it which is one thing I look for when buying products for my skin. My skin definitely looked more supple and felt smooth
Tips: A little goes a long way!
Modern clean lines packaging in an easy to open screw jar. While this jar is easy to access the cream, it also means the ingredients are subject to air once opened and will start to degrade the active ingredients.
That said, do question what active ingredents are in this product? Other than collagen, no others are clearly stated so assume just a fairly hydrating cream as opposed to one that can activley remedy problem areas.
Cream was easy to apply and glided nicely over my skin. But, it was overly fragrant for my liking.
Did hydrate my skin but cannot attest to any firmness or smoothing of wrinkles as the product claims to be able to acheive.
Also lacking a sunscreen component which I prefer in a day cream for NZ conditions.
Tips: Avoid this is you do not like a strong frangrance on your face and apply a sunscreen along with this day cream!
After having used this day cream, that promised to hydrate, reduce wrinkles and plump my skin here are my thoughts. I was a bit put off by the thickness of the cream but it actually applied easily and was absorbed well. I like that the jar is glass and can be recycled. On applying, the cream sinks in well. I think it is good value for money and I am mostly happy with the results. I don't think that my wrinkles have disappeared but my forehead certainly looks more plump and skin overall looks brighter and fresher. I think the biggest improvement has been to the hydration in my skin, as i don't drink enough water. I would use it again but I would not expect miracles from it.
Tips: Don't use too much as a little goes a long way.
Once I got over the fact that I have reached an age that requires a specific hydrating cream, I was quite excited to trial this new product, especially before it has been released.
It comes in a glass jar, which gives it an expensive (upmarket) feel to it. It is quite small (only 50ml) but luckily a small amount goes a long way. It absorbs well into my skin and doesn't feel greasy or oily afterwards. The product is quite a thick consistency, and has a soft faint perfume smell to it.
It states on the box to apply every morning, but because it doesn't contain SPF I have been using it after cleansing at night. The consistency is thick enough to almost be a night cream.
I haven't seen a difference in the appearance of my face - there is no demonstrable difference in my fine lines or wrinkle. However it does feel better - firmer, more toned, and smoother. Hopefully it is working its magic though to prevent any new lines and wrinkles (the ones I already have are probably a lost cause!).
Tips: Use at night instead if you prefer to use moisturisers with a SPF during the day
I'm a fan of most L'Oréal products I've tried, so I felt super excited to be part of this trial team.
First of all my skin can be slightly dry, reactive and I'm in my mid thirties so fine lines are making an appearance, so any age ing cream is well received.
The pottle of this is packaged stylishly, as most L'Oréal products are. It has a small glass circular container with a white screw top. It's simple yet effective.
First impressions was that it smelt pleasant and was quite a thick cream. Which I found to be good for my dry skin. I used it morning and night and found it moisturizing and quite rich for my skin. My skin felt hydrated and soft.
My skin can be sensitive and reactive, but no issues at all with this cream. It added the moisture my dry skin needs.
My skin feels quite firmed and supple using this. As to reduction in fine lines I didn't see any difference to note. But overall it's a really nice moisturizer that is great for my type of skin.
Overall I really liked this cream. It has a thick consistency and is lightly scented which makes it feel luxurious and spa like on my skin. Although it is probably better for winter use, it is probably a bit thick and heavy for our sticky humid summer weather and with no sun protection incorporated it just means it is one of many products that will need to be applied.
I don't have any wrinkles yet so I can't tell you if it has any affect there. But I visited my mum over the weekend and she commented my face looked puffy, and straight away attributed it to hayfever (which I didn't have....). Maybe it was the cream, it does say it will plump the skin. The hydration is good, but I think I will use this more in winter months and as a night cream in the summer it is not suitable for a day cream for me in our hot climate. The scent is soft and subtle like clean linen with a little lilly of the valley touch. It is lovely on the skin drying to a soft powdery scent. The packaging is great, a simple clean glass jar with plastic lid, unclutterend by branding statements. The box is similar, good size for the jar, and similarly uncluttered, giving the impression of sophistication and class. Which is perfect since the demographic for wrinkle cream would probably prefer this type of branding.
I like it, and it certainly hydrated and plumped my skin, i loved the scent and based on that I would recommend this cream to others, but as a night cream, or winter day cream. Hope this helps.
Well not gone, but I'm sure they've reduced slightly. First impressions - I am used to L'Oreal creams being light and silky, this one is quite thick and heavy. Once it's rubbed in my skin feels lovely and soft, so the hydrating component does it's job very well. It has a pleasant smell, although it reminded me of cold cream. It's what I'd call a "typical" cream smell. It's not a bad product, I think my skin has improved its elasticity since I started using it, but it's lack of SPF lets it down.
Tips: There is no mention of SPF on the jar, so you'd need to use a sunscreen as well.
It was exciting to be involved in the trial of a ‘new to market’ product, thank you Beauty Review.
On receiving the product it was good to see a well-known brand. The product is nicely and simply packaged, clean crisp colours, white, gold and silver and the touch of blue gives a futuristic feel. It says it’s specifically developed for those over 35 years (I’m a few years passed that now!) Its main claim is that it’s anti-wrinkle and hydrating, with collagen biospheres to help ‘plump’ the skin.
The product itself it contained within a very simple glass jar with a white plastic lid. When I first opened to jar, it almost looked as if the product had separated slightly, cream and liquid. This however seems to be the way the product is meant to be almost like a cold cream. It’s a little tricky to get it onto your finger to distribute as it is so hydrating!
Once on your fingers and applied it feels wonderful, really refreshing, as if you’re splashing your face with water, then it turns a bit greasy, and this is where I thought ‘oh no’ I’m going to be left with a greasy face but then it all soaks in, leaving a lovely dewy complexion. It really is quite lovely.
It does hydrate for a long period of time, not sure 24hrs worth but certainly the whole day. I would say this is its best claim, hydration. As usual with all these ‘miracle’ creams, I’ve not noticed a huge difference in fine lines or plumpness to my skin, maybe with further use. Also there is no SPF in it, which is a shame as it’s so needed in NZ.
In summation, it is lovely to use, a little goes a long way and it is very hydrating and has a clean and pleasant fragrance.
Tips: Use with sunscreen during the day and your favourite serum at night.
I was excited to try this new product. I’m 38 and am getting fine wrinkles and that tissue paper look on my chest now. My face hasn’t succumbed yet thankfully. This product sounded great. Firming and plumping. It came in a jar, I prefer bottles as I think it is cleaner to squirt the product out then keep digging your fingers in. It had collagen written prominently on the jar. Wrinkle expert it said, yay. I found it hard to get it out of the jar, I had to dig it out as it wasn’t really creamy. It went on beautifully and felt great though so I was enjoying trialling it. I had been using a rosehip oil, previously. I didn’t notice any difference in a week, in fact my chest seemed more like tissue paper. The cream said I would see a difference in three to four weeks so I kept trying. Although I enjoyed using it as it felt nice it did nothing for my skin unfortunately. I gave it a few weeks as it said but am now going back to my rosehip oil....sorry guys
Tips: I believe everyone’s skin is different, so maybe give it a try.
