When you hear about an amazing concealer that’s creamy, buildable, and covers imperfections, it sounds like an amazing product. When you hear it’s only $3 it really does sound too good to be true, but for a price as low as that, there really is no good reason to not try it out for yourself, and because it’s so cheap, I actually brought three to try and get the right shade. The shade the seemed to be the best match for my skin is pure beige, and it matches my skin tone perfectly (I use this concealer for concealing, not for highlighting). The formula is creamy, and it seems to be thick enough to cover discolouration quite easily, as well as thin enough to be blended into my foundation so double points there. My need for a concealer is also to cover the slight hollows I get under my eyes when I’m tired and this product just can’t do that, but to be fair I haven’t yet found one that can. Also I don’t like using this for covering pimples because it just doesn’t do a good job. Also, something else slightly negative about this product is the fear of it creasing, and the fact that a setting powder is a necessity with this concealer, not an option. Also, this particular tube had a few cons for me as it seemed to be a bit faulty as the product seemed to separate so the concealer was slightly grainy, and lots of water wold come out. Not ideal, but I got a refund so managed to get a new one which was a much better consistency. One more negative is the terrible brush it comes with, I find it hard to get the product out, messy, and unhygienic because I can never wash it even if I am just dabbing the concealer onto the back on my hand. I did like this concealer (even though I found it had a lot of negatives), and I will keep one in my beauty draw, I love how it covers up darkness under my eyes, but will keep on the lookout for a concealer that does it all.

Ran out of my usual concealer and I thought I would give this bad boy a try. Bought for $10 at the pharmacy, which is $15 cheaper than my usual product. The packaging is quite soft, so it is easy to squeeze and get product out. The size is nice and small and easy to carry around. The texture I found quite mousse-like and harder to blend than a creamy concealer. They have a great range to fit many skin types and cover blemishes such as redness, dark circles or use as a highlight.
Tips: Buy a tube a couple shades lighter than your skin tone for the perfect, affordable highlight.
First try at using a concealer, I found it at the dollar store after reading some good reviews. I picked the orangey shade as it covers purple and red shadows. I got so annoyed at the dumb brush tip that I got a razor and cut it off. Now I can squeeze out a little and not have to negotiate dried brush fibres. It really does cover up the bags under my eyes. Sometimes I notice little squares of what must be reflective bits on my face, about the size of a piece of glitter. If I see them I pick them off. It is pretty thick stuff, as others have mentioned. It works ok for me because I dab a pin head size blob on my finger, squash between 2, and then rub into the shadow under my eyes. Then I cover with BB cream or foundation.
I think you should try this but bear in mind it's probably not the best product out there. There are probably concealers that conceal without bits of glitter and are less cakey. If you like cheapie make up (I DO) then it's worth a go. I've seen it priced from $4.50 to $9.50.
Tips: Don't use much - only just enough
I used this product for the first time a couple weeks ago. I really liked what it did for my skin tone, I also found it worked really well as a subtle highlighter on my nose and forehead. Obviously it did not add any shine, but adds a little bit of subtle lightness when applied as a highlighter. I definitley found it to be a creamy and lightweight texture. The only thing that did not work for me was that I did not find it covered my undereye circles as well as other concealers I use. But then this product is lightweight with natural looking coverage so it did meet with everything i expected from the product. I also really like the natural coverage as I find it really useful if i'm going to the gym, or somewhere that requires minimal makeup. Definitley would recommend when wanting natural coverage :)
Tips: Is really good for natural looking coverage, can be a little difficult to apply when used to applying with a wand. Can use wand from another concealer if you want control and movement of product.
Its definitely not the best concealer I've ever used, however if you're on a budget it will definitely do the trick Opaque with medium-full coverage it'll cover what you want it to cover but runs the risk of looking overly cakey if you layer it It creases up under the eyes, but I have several different colours of it, and its really blendable and easy to use to contour
Good for the price but not if you're used to high end concealers you may be disappointed
This concealer is soooo cheap, got it off beautyjoint.com for $2.00 which i could not say no to. It drys REALLY QUICKLY when applied to spots on the face, so you have to work quick. I got the third lightest shade, 'creamy beige' and its too dark for my skin, and I am not pale. For the price though, I cant complain. It also creases like a mo-fo on me. If a concealer creases at all, it will crease on me, and this creases almost instantly.
After seeing A LOT of hype for this product I decided to give it a go. Price awesome, how many other concelers can you buy for $5?! HATE the applicator with a passion, after the product gets all gunked up in there making it look all gross and making it hard for you to get anymore out. The product it self though is pretty good, it hides my dark circles and stays in place for 6hours+. Down side is it breaks me out if I use it anywhere else on my face, which is a shame. I also noticed it can crease under my eyes if I use Pressed powder to set with. For the price though it is really good, so if your on a tight budget and looking for a new conceler might as well give this one a go.
Tips: Use a loose setting powder to set with and maybe do a small test patch somewhere to see if it breaks you out.
This product was pretty good with affordable price. It cover my dark circle and also help me to highlight my face. The packaging was great.
I don't mind this product. I love the wide range of colours they have, the fact that they have great coverage but are still breathable, and that they are really bendable.
My only thing is that I've found other products that are just as good and are less expensive (that is, given the price to product ratio) than the $11-$16 price tag (I've never been able to get it for less than $11).
Would I buy this product again? ... Yes if it is on sale.
Would I recommend it to others? ... Ultimately I would because it is still a great product and has a range of colours that would suit HEAPS of people.
I found this product in new lynn after searching for EVER! although it's more than $5! More around the $12 mark. It's a small tube that's easy to squeeze, there is a brush top applicator which most people don't seem to like but I don't find it too much of a hassle although it would definitley be better without it. It's not messy and is very easy to use. Great full coverage and a little bit goes a long way, I wouldn't say it as good as the collection concealer from countdown but it is definitley in the running with it! The only problem I have is that it is so orange! There is no yellow toned concealer colours and even the lightest is a little too dark on my face. Apart from that, it's full coverage, easy to apply and blend, no creases and stays alllday withoit budge! Pretty impressed as it's not something I would usually pick up
