LA Girl HD Pro Concealer

This product was pretty good with affordable price. It cover my dark circle and also help me to highlight my face. The packaging was great.

I was so disappointed with this! Everyone and their mother on YouTube was using this but it was just too thick and dark for me! :( But I do use it as a cream contour - I'm super pale though!

I got this from a two dollar store thinking it would be a regret but boy was I proved wrong. This concealer is so pigmented and has amazing coverage, I paid less than 5 dollars and I'll definitely be repurchasing this once I run out

I decided to buy this after having tried and liking a few LA girl products. At such a low cost I thought it couldn't hurt. I really wanted to try a cream contour so I thought using one of these concealers might do the trick.

I am super fair so I was a wee bit cautious on what colour to pick but again because of the price I knew if I got it wrong it wasn't the end of the world. I picked the shade Almond.

Packaging wise this is a long clear tube with a long black screw top lid. This unscrews to reveal a inbulit brush top. You squeeze the tube and the product will pop up through the brush.

I was pretty cautious when I first squeezed this as I know these types of applicators can produce a lot more product than you bargain for. I had to squeeze quite firmly but very slowly. It produced some concealer quite slowly but not very evenly. The concealer came out the side of this brush rather than out the top. I swatched this on my hand first. Consistency wise it was quite thick and I found it a little bit lumpy and watery. I would definately not recommend putting this straight onto your face I would opt to put it on your hand first.

I took one of my small contour brushes and swiped over the swatch on my hand and applied to my cheek bones and jaw line.

Colour wise this was actually much darker than I expected especially on my very fair complexion however it was a cooler toned almond brown which worked with my skin tone.

I decided to blend this out with a beauty blender and this actually did blend out really nicely and well despite the initial lumpy/watery consistency.

You only needed a very small amount, a little went a very long way. This dried matte and had very impressive staying powder this didn't just dissapear as the day went on.

It was easily removed with my ZA oil cleanser.

Overall I was pleasantly surprised by the wear and outcome of this concealer especially for the price despite my initial thoughts.

Well every youtube beauty guru I'm subscribed to had been raving about this for the past 6mths+ so I had to give it a go. I was disappointed by the poor shade range, I am quite fair and its hard to find a concealer that I can use under my eyes for a light brightening effect. I bought this in the lightest shade available and it was still on the darker side. I can use under my eyes for dark circles but definitely not highlighting. It has a little built in brush to apply it with which I wish it was a doe foot applicator I find you don't waste as much product with a doe foot. I use a beauty blender to blend the product out and it works well I find it blends well with decent coverage but not full coverage. I set my under eye with bare minerals well rested which brightens a bit but I always find that this concealer creases on me I am still yet to find one that doesn't. I've tried using different things to blend it with and different setting powders but it still doesn't seem to help. If they had a lighter shade range I would probably give it a go but once I've used up what I've got I won't repurchase.

I've got three shade of this, which is easy to do considering they're so cheap! I get mine from the dollar store on K Rd, and I make sure to get a light shade for highlighting, a neutral shade for covering blemishes and a very dark shade for contouring.

They staying power of these is great and the light shade I use is one of my favourites for under-eye concealing.

This colour range is especially good for my dark skinned girls who tend to get let down by New Zealands lack of options.

The other geat thing about these is that they don't cake or cling to dry patches so for mature skin its terrific!

I got this in Espresso as a contour shade but have found that it is a little too thick to blend properly, or my tube may have just dried out. When I do use it, I find that it requires a lot of blending to look natural, but I love this product as a concealer, and the colour range is amazing. Recently, they released 6 new shades including green for redness and orange for dark circles around the eyes. I think that this product is good all round, for concealing, evening skin tone and highlighting, but would not reccommend it as a contour, especially since most of the darker shades are warm tone and look unnatural when used for contour. A good product overall :)

I found this concealer at a new shop that had just opened - it only cost me $4. They did not have a light shade in stock at the time so I had no option but to choose one that was the exact colour of my skintone. It glides on amazingly and lasts throughout the day. I use it to cover any imperfection and i have no complaints.

I picked up this concealer after seeing people rave about it on facebook. It's reasonably cheap so I thought why not.

I originally liked the concept of the tube with an in built brush. it's easy to squeeze out and spread around. But if the brush is left to long between each use the product does dry up and clog the bristles. So I would definitely recommend wiping off the excess after each use.

The tone of it is a bit intimidating as it is quite salmon. I find it blends out nicely so in the end there isn't much to worry about and it ends up concealing dark circles and imperfections really well.

The consistency isn't to thick and is really easy to buff into the skin whether using a brush, beauty sponge or your finger.

I would definitely recommend this concealer as it is fantastic! I would definitely repurchase but might try the lightest shade next time instead.

I perfer this over my mac prolong wear concealer, this is amazing the finish, is natural matte, easy to blend, creamy texture, the coverage is amazing full coverage, I use this under my eyes and it never creases last all day and night. packaging it awesome, travel friendly
