LA Girl HD Pro Concealer

I like this concealer, its pretty good for the price! They have an amazing range of shades which makes it a really good multi use product. my favorite shade is Natural which has a slight peach tone to it so it is perfect for using under my eyes and to highlight my skin. I also like the shade medium bisque for a contour base shade, although it does throw a touch of orange I always follow afterwards with my contour powder which does hide the slight orange warmth. It lasts really well without much creasing,it blends really well and is comfortable to wear. The one thing I loathe about this product is the applicator tip, I do prefer a doe foot applicator as the little brush thingie on the end can get blocked and you squeeze and squeeze and then all of a sudden you are bathing in concealer.

I bought this because Shaaanxo raved about it (as I'm sure many of you all have too) and I really like it.

I use it under my eyes as a highlighting concealer (I bought the shade Porcelain for my fair skin). I find that it has great coverage, doesn't crease under the eyes and is long wearing.

It comes in a squeezy tube with a brush applicator on the end. Personally, I prefer doe foot applicators so I don't really like this one. It is easy enough to brush on but if you don't use it regularly and need to squeeze it to get more product out, you can end up with way too much!

Overall, it is an affordable and accessible concealer so I would definitely repurchase. I do find that it can be a bit wasteful but it is great for highlighting my under eyes and I know that many other people use the darker shades for contouring. I will need to try out some of the colour correcting shades too!

First try at using a concealer, I found it at the dollar store after reading some good reviews. I picked the orangey shade as it covers purple and red shadows. I got so annoyed at the dumb brush tip that I got a razor and cut it off. Now I can squeeze out a little and not have to negotiate dried brush fibres. It really does cover up the bags under my eyes. Sometimes I notice little squares of what must be reflective bits on my face, about the size of a piece of glitter. If I see them I pick them off. It is pretty thick stuff, as others have mentioned. It works ok for me because I dab a pin head size blob on my finger, squash between 2, and then rub into the shadow under my eyes. Then I cover with BB cream or foundation.

I think you should try this but bear in mind it's probably not the best product out there. There are probably concealers that conceal without bits of glitter and are less cakey. If you like cheapie make up (I DO) then it's worth a go. I've seen it priced from $4.50 to $9.50.

This concealer is amazing for how much it costs! I think I got it for $5 maybe? I wanted to know why people were talking about it and now I see why!

For me the coverage was perfect, so many shades to choose from! I need to try the colour correcting ones to see what they're like

I had heard lots of reviews that these were amazing and seen them talked about on alot of youtube channels and blogs so for the price I grabbed a bundle off of Amazon to add to my freelancer kit but after trying my shade I was totally underwhelmed. The colour wasn't very hard to match, it wasn't that smooth to apply and seemed to blend away to not much coverage to hide those blemishes and undereye colourings which I want to use pro concealers for.

There is plenty of other brands that produce a far better product for similar prices and I use them more, the brought bundle sit in a drawer and have not been used.

This concealer is amazing. The only thing I don't like is the packaging. You gotta squeeze and squeeze and nothing comes out, then all of a sudden too much squirts out. I end up wasting a lot of product from it. It does crease on me if using under my eyes, and personally I didn't think it was that great at covering blemishes so I only use it under my eyes. Such a hard product to come by in nz though, especially the lighter colours

I admittedly purchased this product after all the hype, curious to see if it really all that it was made out to be. I purchased the Pro.Coneal in porcelain and toast .

PROS: These products have got great coverage, they're blendable (work especially well with the Pro.Coverage Foundation). The shade Porcelain is great for brightening the under eyes and highlighting the nose, forehead and also cupids bow, as well as helping to carve out your contour. The shade Toast, which actually blends really harmoniously with Porcelain is just straight BOMB. I use this shade as a contour/bronzer... it's too warm toned to technically be a contour but it does do wonder's for defining that cheek bone. It blends like a dream and used on the cheeks and forehead it's fantastic for bronzing and warming up your face.

CONS: I did find that concealer I put under my eyes did crease more then other under eye concealers and setting powder seemed to make this worse? Could be something I'm doing wrong but that's really the only downside and it certainly doesn't stop me from using this as my go to!

CONCLUSION: Please, if you are tossing up between buying this product or not... do it! It's an amazing product done by such an affordable but great quality brand... I can honestly say that I haven't been disappointed by any of the LA girl products.

I've used all types of 'low cost end' concealers & this one tops them all off. Fantastic coverage with a nice dewy finish and its not too cakey, oily or greasy. This product wears like a charm and keeps n place with foundation blended in on top. Thumbs up!
