After seeing A LOT of hype for this product I decided to give it a go. Price awesome, how many other concelers can you buy for $5?! HATE the applicator with a passion, after the product gets all gunked up in there making it look all gross and making it hard for you to get anymore out. The product it self though is pretty good, it hides my dark circles and stays in place for 6hours+. Down side is it breaks me out if I use it anywhere else on my face, which is a shame. I also noticed it can crease under my eyes if I use Pressed powder to set with. For the price though it is really good, so if your on a tight budget and looking for a new conceler might as well give this one a go.

LA Girl HD Pro Concealer

Tips: Use a loose setting powder to set with and maybe do a small test patch somewhere to see if it breaks you out.
I really like this concealer, It has good coverage and is easy to blend and I havent experienced any creasing while wearing it. I find it lasts all day too. I'm not a huge fan of the brush applicator but its not a huge deal to me. I would like a slighty lighter colour though as the lightest colour available still seems a little dark for me.
After hearing allot of hype about this product and the fact it was compared to the Mac Pro wear concealer I was excited to try it for sure! And let me tell you it did not disappoint! It has perfect coverage for under eyes, spots and discoloration. I have had little creasing and it lasts all day long! Its very natural looking as well, and its very easily blendable. And at its price why wouldn't you atleast try it out? It's become my new favourite very quickly. One thing i would change is the applicator end though, not a huge fan of the brush, id rather just a squeeze tube or maybe a doe foot applicator but thats just personal preference.
I first came across this product on a BR board where it was mentioned as an under-rated product. As it just so happened I was in the market for a new concealer so decided to give this one a go. I purchased it off eBay for a total of about $10 NZD including postage. I was apprehensive at first, I wasn't entirely convinced that the lightest shade 'Classic Ivory' would be light enough for my NW-13 skin. If you apply the rule when buying a concealer that it should be 1-2 shades lighter than your natural skin tone, then this one fails the test for me. But in reality, it matches with my skintone instead, concealer my undereyes and transforming them into the same tone as the rest of my face, and this works really well for me! The product claims to camoflague the appearance of skin imperfections (check), even out skin tone (check), cover dark circles (check), minimize fine lines (check), and provide customizable coverage (check!). Basically, this is the best concealer I've tried so far. It's creamy, buildable, doesn't crease, and lasts throughout the day. I've been using this everyday for a week now and can definitely see myself repurchasing it when it runs out...but on another note the product size is pretty generous so this won't be for a while! Highly recommended.
Tips: It seems to work best for me when I just use my fingers rather than a brush. And a little goes a long way, start small and build it up if needed.
This concealer really does the job. It's a nice consistency that blends out well. It's not heavy and doesn't crease under the eyes. I would say that I wish the packaging was different, my product doesn't come out of the brush well and the colour selection isn't great if you're pale!
I bought this from the LAGirlNZ website for $13, which was the cheapest that I could find online. If I could find this for $5 I would definitely stock up, it's definitely worth it. I have this in the colour classic ivory, and it's not that light - it's almost a perfect match for my ChiChi BB cream in the lightest shade, which is still quite warm. I just checked the LAGirl website and they've bought out new corrector and lighter colours which I'd like to try. This concealer comes in a basic squeezy tube, it's quite a large tube considering the price. The biggest negative I've encountered with this concealer is the applicator - it's a brush tip that you squeeze the product out through, so you kind of have to apply it directly to your face using the brush. It's difficult to get the desired amount of product out, and I feel like there's a bit of wastage with the product that dries on the brush tip. It's also not ideal to be using the same brush on your face over and over again, but oh well. I use this product as a highlighter and to cover blemishes, and it works fairly well. It has medium - high coverage and blends really easily (I just use my fingers). It brightens really well too. I do find that this creases on my a little bit under my eyes, I usually just set it with a bit of powder and that keeps it reasonably still.
Overall, it's not a perfect product, but for its price it's still a must have. The formula is comparable to higher end concealers, but the packaging and applicator does need work.
I had heard about this product through YouTube and decided that I would give it a try myself. I loved it from the day i brought it. Though it is quite had to get the product out from the tube. It was good, it spread quite far, you didn't need a lot of product out to do the job you needed it to. I brought a light shade though it was quite orange. Is really good for concealing my freckles.
Tips: Can buy this from Coinsave for $5
There are so many things that I love about this concealer, it is just great for everyday, for blemishes everything! So lets start - this concealer is super pigmented - there is so much packed into this tube. A little bit of product goes a long way and it covers up my redness, fading acne spots and pores. - It works well on its own or set with some powder foundation, so its great for those looking for a more natural look as well - At $8-$12 per tube in store, it's definitely cheaper than a lot of the other drugstore alternatives! - The shade range is outstanding - there are around 18 shades catering for both cool and warm toned skin types as well as any shade from light to dark. - It doesn't sink into fine lines or under eye lines. I use a lighter colour under my eyes to highlight and conceal my under eye circles and it works incredibly well especially after setting it with a yellow powder.
There are however minor issues with this product that I have found but aren't an absolute deal breaker: - It tends to cling to flaky spots - The product tends to separate sometimes in the tube. Give it a bit of a shake and you're good to go. - The tube brush is a little unhygienic, but a doe foot wouldn't be any different in terms of cleanliness.
Tips: Have two shades - one for your face/blemishes and another for under eyes as a highlight/under eye corrector!
this product is my holy grail for my under eye area, it sits perfectly without my little creases showing! my two downsides are that 1) i don't enjoy the little brush applicator but i think that is just personal preference 2) i only find this product good for my under eye area, it doesnt cover my blemishes very well. but its still so cheap and worth it! i hope LA GIRL does bring out a wider colour range :)
From what I hear this is the most talked about concealer and all things are positive and I agree!
I tried this out a few months ago and I haven't stopped using it since then. Its easy to blend, my shade matches me fine, its long lasting and it doesn't crease. Most importantly its full coverage. I have a birthmark under my eye and I find it so difficult to cover up and this concealer is the only drug store one that covers it up quite well.
I don't use the brush that it comes with due to hygiene issues. I prefer to use my finger or my concealer brush by Real Techniques to apply this. In blends in like a dream. I have no issues with creasing either.
This is also a much cheaper dupe for the Mac pro long wear concealer.
Tips: Use a foundation brush or your finger to apply this.
