These are the cutest nail polishes ever! Such a quality product. I love how all the blues match together perfectly. I do these colours in any random order on my nails and they look awesome. These nail polishes last almost a week before they chip which is great. I love the sparkly glitter polish as it just finishes the look. Amazing product for an amazing price!

I bought this set in purple from the LA Girl website, with a few other products. It was on sale for a couple of dollars, so I wasn't really expecting too much. The bottles are really good quality, they're quite small but thick glass so they probably won't break easily if you drop them or anything. The brushes are probably a little bit small and thin for my liking, but that's understandable as the bottles are so small. The bristles are nice and smooth, and don't shed. My set came with 4 gradient pastel purples, a glitter purple, and a clear top coat. While originally I was a little disappointed that they included a glitter polish instead of a 5th gradient to finish off the ombre look, this glitter formula is possibly the best glitter polish I've ever used. It's super concentrated and shimmery, without being too thick or clumpy. It is such a pretty lilac colour that I absolutely love, I wear this glitter polish waaay too often! The other polishes are nice too, they apply really easily and only take 2 coats to looks nice and solid. I don't wear them that often as an ombre set, but individually they are very reliable, versatile polishes. The top coat is reasonably thick, so seals everything really well and gives a nice shine. The only downfall about this set is that the ombre effect isn't as good as it could have been, but I don't use it for ombre anyway so I'm really happy with it. I'd definitely buy another set if I found them on sale.
I picked up a set of these wee cuties in a sale for about $10, which I see is RRP. I have the 'Spring Fling' set, which is a range of blue/green colours starting from a very pale shade, through a light, mid, dark, and glitter version. I'd call most of them 'teal' but for the palest, which is bluer. The kid also came with a clear polish.
The polishes are in adorable tiny bottles, which are each 4.5 mls (great if you're like me, and never finish polish!), and shaped like an inverted triangle (widest at the top and tapering down. The bottles are clear with black lids. The brushes are on the thinner, shorter side (necessary because the bottles are so tiny) but reasonably effective once you're used to them.
The colours are *gorgeous*. This is one of my fave colour families to wear, and the kit allows you to mix, match and create at will.
I have worn this as ombre with all the colours except the glitter on each nail (done gradient style, with a sponge, but also freehanded), and I've used these to create tonal nail art looks, but my fave way to wear them is either 'hand ombre' (one shade on each nail) or choosing which ever colour takes my fancy (they all look glorious with tanned skin but the mid range ones are better when I'm pale!) with the glitter as either a feature nail, or a glitter French tip.
The finish on these is very very good. They don't streak badly, come up lovely with a coat of the clear on the top and wear really well. I actually panned out the clear long before anything else and have purchased another LA girl clear polish to use again as it was so good for preventing chips and prolonging wear.
I'm very impressed with this set of polishes, and when I eventually finish them I'd buy another set, for sure. Great way to try a range of colours for cheap!
I got the purple set of this at one of those cheap make up sales. The packaging of the box is bright and catches your eye easily! The bottles themselves are a cute little size, 4.5 ml. I've used them a few times and I doesn't look like it has gone down much at all! I found the brush a bit ineffective when trying to do a nail each colour, but it makes sense to have a smaller one if you are trying to do a gradient of all the colours on one nail.
I love purple! I love how this has a glitter feature nail option as well. The glitter is actually my favourite polish out of the set. I felt like my purples were in the wrong order in the pack (yes I'm THAT girl) so I wear them in a different order. They don't wear wonderfully well, but I didn't really expect them to since I paid $5 for them. But it's great for a night out look. I haven't tried them with a different top coat, that might protect them better?
Im such a sucker for specials and i brought this on a half price special at the warehouse for my neice for her birthday but unfortuantly i got board one day while I was home buy myself so i decided to topen up this little baby and have a play. I like how the bristles are nice and soft and when applying the nail polish it doesnt leave any streaks on your nails. I also love how if you do happen to get any of the nail polish on your skin its really easy to remove with nail polish remover, Some nail polishes are quite hard to get off your skin, luckly this isnt the case with this polish. I find that it will last about 3-4 days depending on how harsh you are with your hands, im a stay at home mother so im not to hard on my hands.
I grabbed this from the warehouse because it looked interesting and was 50% off, score! I'm so impressed with this nail set it ticks all of the boxes, Value for money YES, Quality YES, Cute packaging YES, and it's such a great gift idea for nail paint enthusiasts of all ages.
The quality of this polish is surprisingly good, I wasn't expecting much considering I only paid $5 for this set which is usually $10 but I cannot fault it at all. This polish glides on very smoothly and wears well for up to 3 days. I like that the wand is short and stubby while the brush bristles are an average length and quite soft so they spread well, it feels like I have total control of it for a neat application. Even the little bottles themselves with a thick glass base give the impression of quality.
I have this set in black-greys and the ombre effect looks really cool applied darkest to lightest from thumb to pinky. I have noticed in the warehouse catalogues that there is a 50% off special on this set fairly often, will definately grab a few more of them to put away for gifts next time i'm in the warehouse and they're on special.
