I suffered recently from redness, dry patches, an eczema flare up and even rosacea. My skin was a mess and it was really affecting my self-esteem. I tried about 5 different creams over a few months but nothing really worked, not even my prescription eczema ointment. At the end of my rope, I read about Cicaplast Baume B5 cream so thought I'd give it a try. I didn't have high hopes but was desperate. This cream has saved my skin - it's been amazing! Due to the many and varied skin issues I've been using this as an all-over face cream, morning and night. It leaves a lovely dewy glow and is super moisturising. It's cleared up my rosacea and dry patches, and is very soothing on my eczema, almost getting rid of it. Quite amazing! I'm never going to be without this from now on. Great price, given you only need such a small amount. I highly recommend this cream!

Tips: It can seem a bit greasy at first so allow 10 mins or so after applying before going to bed, so it has time to melt into your skin.
I first used this years ago and wasn’t that impressed. I don’t think it was what my skin needed at the time and found it too heavy and hard to apply. However, it has been recently reformulated and it is now the absolute best! I grabbed a tube if this when my skin was having a severe allergic reaction. I applied it all over twice a day and more often when the irritated areas needed soothing. Since dong this, it has also got rid of my eyelid eczema. I also wake up with lovely, plump skin. It’s an occlusive so does take awhile to absorb and does have a bit of a white cast until it sinks in. Totally worth it though. I will never be without this again!
Tips: Chemist Warehouse do the 100 ml tubes of this which are better value than the smaller ones.
Would reccommend this to anyone and everyone. I use it 3 times a week before I go to bed. It fades dark spots and scars so fast and its so good for healing your skin barrier. The formula is very thick but does not clog pores. Definitely worth the hype and lasts ages.
Tips: Buy It
This balm is great for helping to heal and soothe irritated skin and mositerize it. If you've damaged your skin barrier from overuse of harsh skin care products this product will quickly help to heal it and reduce the redness too. I like to have this on hand to use on painful acne or skin that needs some tlc after an acid peel or microneedling.
This was recommended to me by a friend. She said that since using it, she found her skin to be soft and dewy. I grabbed some from Chemist Warehouse for $15 and I am really impressed!
The consistency of the cream is quite thick, and I was worried that it might make my skin oily, but it doesn't at all.
I use retinol 3 - 4 times a week, which can make my skin feel a bit dry at times. This has really helped to protect my skin from that harshness that you can get with retinol.
Such great value for money. I will definitely be buying it again.
I have repurchased this product many many times as I am using it as my daily moisturiser for day and night time. Really hands down to La Roche Posay's Cicaplast Baume, it is such a game changer for my skincare routine. It just works for every skincare issues that I have, may it be dryness, iritation, cuts, or redness. It's amazing!
Tips: If you haven't tried it yet, you should. It's worth every penny you spend for this product. :)
Love this, it’s a very healing moisturiser perfect for dry skin, specially dry spots. Good to have it handy if you work with your hands like me, gardening specially leaves them very dry, so this is the perfect solution
This stuff is fantastic for any kind of wound e.g. cuts, scratches or pimples. I find that it's very soothing and perfect for reducing redness and promoting healing. The only downside is that I think it clogs up my skin when I use it too many days in a row (maybe 4 or so?).
Tips: Use for any type of wound but don't use for too many days in a row on the face if you're prone to clogged pores
I love this and it’s a staple in my routine and makeup kit. Works as an occlusive balm when your skin is really dry, on cuts, scratches, breakouts, irritation and dry skin / eczema. It’s my go to for any irritation!
This is the best cream I have ever used. Is hydrating and is so effective for my skin. Has changed the way I do my skin care
