This heat pads are a let down :( they didn't heat up fast and enough. The heat didn't last as per the claims. I have previously used another brand of heat pads bought off clearance stores and they were just so perfect- big, manageable, to be stuck on clothes not skin and heat for 10 hours. These are no where close! Unfortunately, I can't find those anymore.

I suffer from bad cramps, and these heat patched looked like heaven in their little box on the shelf. I used one, and it was pretty disappointing. It took a very very long time to heat up, and even when it was heated, it was lukewarm. It also didn't stick very well. :(
Tips: Don't try them. They really aren't worth the money, even though it's not much.
I found these quite average, didn't heat up as much as I thought they would and didn't stick very well either. Wouldn't purchase myself or recommend to anyone else. They're an awesome idea and it's a shame they didn't really work.
I don't even know what to write here other than everyone absolutely needs this for their monthly! I have 2 boxes in my draw. Lifesaver for anyone that gets bad cramps.
Tips: Absolutely essential!
I get really bad cramps and thought these would be a great idea. Unfortunately i found that the patches took a while to warm up and even once it had heated up the patch was only lukewarm. I also was disappointed that the patch did not stick properly when I applied it. I really love the idea but not the product :(
Tips: Needs more warmth , I don't recommend this.
I always get really bad cramps and haven't tried 'heat therapy' or whatever you want to call it so I thought this would work great for me. However this was not the case. I found that it took quite a while for it to heat up, and the heat did not last long at all. Also, the patch became quite irritating due to my sensitive skin so I had to remove it after about an hour which left a little bit of a rash :(
Thought these sounded like a great idea but they didn't heat up past lukewarm if that. Sadly didn't help at all. I hear other brands will be releasing similar products soon hopefully there is more warmth in those as the idea is great!
I sent for a free trial from their website and tried it yesterday. Must say I was pretty underwhelmed. I had hoped it would generate a deep heat but even after a couple of hours it was barely warm. I did notice that the more active I was the warmer it would get but when all you want to do is curl up on the couch and not move that's not much good. It did stick well and was invisible under clothes. Not sure that I will purchase though. They should be called 'Warmies', not 'Hotties'.
Tips: Worth trying when things are desperate, but don't rely on them for full pain relief. Apply as soon as pain starts as it can take forever to warm up.
I like this for when I'm out and about it is a bit if a placebo however I love it when in desperate slap it on with a face mask and have a glass of wine and some choc and a good movie
At first I thought these were a fantastic idea, portable heat so I do not need to carry a hot water bottle or wheat bag around without letting the whole world it was "that time of the month"... The idea was great but the heat does not last therefore does not give relief for a long period of time. Another down side is that they do not stick very well, I resorted to taping it with medical tape. They are good if you are desperate for some portable heat relief like I am as I suffer from very painful cramps but if a better heat patch was released, I would try that
