Libra Hotties Heat Patches

I received a sample of this from the libra website. I found that it didn't help my cramps I did however wear this when i was at work in winter last year and it kept my body really warm. I wouldn't buy this item due to a hot water bottle does a better job and is cheaper.

Not what I expected

I brought some as I suffer from bad cramps at that time of the month and thought hey neat what a great idea.

I found they looked like a over size tea bag and placed it on myself were needed as per instructions I found by the end of one hour it had not heated that much at all and did not provide any relief and it also did not stick very well.

I will not be buying or using these ever again I feel they are a waste of money and the good old wheat pack does a better job.

Average...

I found these quite average, didn't heat up as much as I thought they would and didn't stick very well either. Wouldn't purchase myself or recommend to anyone else. They're an awesome idea and it's a shame they didn't really work.

heatpacks

Meh. Took forever to heat up (was pretty mild heat at that), didn't stick properly and I was pretty underwhelmed. Wouldn't buy this one again.

Glad it was a freebie

I seriously wouldn't waste my money on these, i prefer a wheat pack any day. It lost its sticky, it didn't really heat up that much.

Tips: It might come in handy for Nana's chilly knees on a cold evening :)

Save your money!

Didn't heat up as much as expected - only just warm, the adhesive is useless the pad and materials it is made out of are too heavy for the glue and it just peels right off. and it turns rigid and cold after only a couple of hours not even close to the claims on the package.

Tips: Invest in some deep heat or finalgon cream rather than this product.

Libras not so hot heat patches,

They didn't really heat up as i thought they would they were warm but only just , after using the first patch i didn't bother with another . I gave the rest to my mum she hadnt heard of them and was willing to try them but had the same outcome that i had experienced so that kinder summed it up for us lol we just stuck to wheat/heat bags from pharmacies .

Tips: Hot water bottle or wheat bag, heat packs you can get them from pharmacies

Not impressed.

My iron count is quite low and i tend to get very heavy periods with quite severe pain which has lead me being admitted to hospital, i gave this product a go hoping that it would do what it bragged it would do and wahlah noting, no heat, no relief, nothing.

Tips: Use a hot water bottle it will do a better job.
