I get really bad cramps and thought these would be a great idea. Unfortunately i found that the patches took a while to warm up and even once it had heated up the patch was only lukewarm. I also was disappointed that the patch did not stick properly when I applied it. I really love the idea but not the product :(

Tips: Needs more warmth , I don't recommend this.
I always get really bad cramps and haven't tried 'heat therapy' or whatever you want to call it so I thought this would work great for me. However this was not the case. I found that it took quite a while for it to heat up, and the heat did not last long at all. Also, the patch became quite irritating due to my sensitive skin so I had to remove it after about an hour which left a little bit of a rash :(
Thought these sounded like a great idea but they didn't heat up past lukewarm if that. Sadly didn't help at all. I hear other brands will be releasing similar products soon hopefully there is more warmth in those as the idea is great!
I thought that the idea was fabulous, the product itself was very disappointing. As someone who suffers from severe cramps, I thought this would be a convenient product to have in my purse, for when I have my period. Instead the pad never stuck well and was only mildly warm. Very disappointing.
I prefer alot of heat when I have pain and this just didnt cut the mustard. I understand it prob hard from a safety side of things to get it hotter but it just wasnt the product for me.
I was really excited to try this product as i would have loooved something that heated up well and you could have on the go. I was very dissapointed with this product as it did not do what it said, it definatly did not reach a temperature of 50 degrees. Also this didnt stick tomy skin very well and i follwed the directions of aplication very clearly. I really wish that this product have been good because it would have been very helpfull for many other women.
Tips: Get a hot water bottle or a wheat pack, they sell small hotties at some supermarket and are perfect for period pains/cramps :)
The concept is really awesome which is why I was so excited to trial it but the pad didn't heat up enough and was rather lukewarm throughout the few hours. The adhesive was also not very good either and after two hours the pad falls off your skin. What a shame, would recommend alternatives until this product improves. Thankfully I didn't spend money on it or that would have been a sore disappointment.
Tips: Get a wheat pack and a hot drink! :D
Imagine my pain.. I'd gotten to work and been caught off guard a week earlier than usual - suffering from endometriosis, I found myself keeling over in pain waiting for the next person to start their shift so I could run to the supermarket >_>
I found these heat patches after seeing them here and decided I'd give them a crack - I really should've read the reviews before hand.
They too a long time to heat up, while they stayed in place very well they just didn't get warm enough to bring any relief. As someone else said, it barely got over body temperature so I continued the remaining four hours in pain despite combining the heat patches with painkillers.
These could've been great! I think I might just grab a regular gel-heat pad for my handbag next time..
There really small lol, and don't seem to heat up much at all. I prefer my good old hot water bottle, and as an added bonus its reusable! I was super disapointed with this product.
Tips: For around the same price you can get a hot water bottle.
I received a free sample of these. I do not suffer from period cramps however I thought it might help with sore neck or upset tummy as I would normally use a hot water bottle. It didn't really help with either. You can feel the warmth through the pad however it is just a mild warm and your body adjusts to it pretty quickly and you no longer really feel it. I did like the fact that you could stick it on your body and walk around without worrying about it falling off but that was about the only thing I liked. These are ok but not great
