I love these heatpads a little too much. While I would prefer just to use a reheatable bag, if I'm out and about, these are my go-to. I've never had any problems sticking them to my belly, but control top tights made them feel much more secure. They stay hot for a long time too!

My freind told me about these & I thought it was a cool idea so I decided to buy them, My first impression was that the packaging was cool! But I wish they had more heat patches per box so that you could wear one everyday of your period lol! Then when I opened it it kinda looks like a plaster/pad & I put it on my lower tummy, And it did take a while to get going but it deffinately made a difference to my cramps for me anyway! It was nice & warm & I ended up falling asleep with it on & when I woke up it was still warm! So Id highly Reccomend them because you cant even tell you have them on, So it would be great if you've got work etc
When I had endometriosis pain, these were perfect. Easy to use and nobody even knows you're wearing it. They stay stuck on and stay heated/warm probably for about 5 hours. They are great for endometriosis pain and I would recommend it to anyone who suffers from this kind of pain.
I had such high hopes for this product as it such a cool concept. I mean who doesn't love the idea of on the go cramp help. But the heat was barely noticeable on me and did not last anywhere as long as I thought that it would. I would say give it a go for anyone who does experience period cramps or any cramps for that matter as from the ladies I have spoken to it is a real individual thing - works on some and not on others. If in doubt, grab a hot water bottle :)
I was sent a sample of these a while back and didn't know what to expect when using them, this was the first time I had tried it and I was kind of disappointed. There wasn't much heat from these heat packs and they didn't stick very well. I could barely feel the heat and had to continuously keep re position it because the sticky part wore off so quickly. I personally wouldn't buy these for myself but if gifted then I'd probably use them again, the concept of this idea was great but the product itself was not so great.
Suffering from Endo, I was very excited to try this product, I spend many nights with a traditional wheatbag on my tummy.
I like how discrete and portable this product is, allowing me to use it in places without a microwave or where it would be inappropriate to have a wheat bag. Such as at my wedding which is what these were purchased for.
Unfortunately they don't get as hot as I would like to provide much relief. But they do make me a little more comfortable and feel like I am doing something. I also found I only got around 2 hours of warmth not the five advertised on the packet.
Being a bit bigger sized would be an improvement.
Not a substitute for a wheat bag but a portable option!
Tips: Also handy when you are cold, such as rugby games or camping!
These may be expensive if you're going to use them every day but for those really really bad days they're a lifesaver. They stay hot for a really long time and reduce cramp pain a lot. Loving them!
I got a few free samples of these, and they're basically mini hotties that stick to you and help with period cramps.
In my opinion, they don't work as well as hotties, but they're really discreet. I like the fact that you can do your normal, everyday things with these. The heat lasts for a long time! However, I found they didn't stick too well. If I was walking around wearing this I would definitely put some tape or something on it. I'm pretty sure these wouldn't stick for the whole day, and it'd be a bit embarrassing for a pad-shaped thing to fall out of your top!
I used these at night time, instead of using a hot water bottle. I liked them because I could sleep on my side, my front, my back and it stuck to me. I probably wouldn't spend money on them, as, for me, a hot water works better for helping cramps. It could get quite expensive for everyday wear but I'd definitely recommend them for bad cramp days when you're out-and-about!
A waste of money in my opinion. Just get a hot water bottle and save your money . You can't move around without them unsticking I'm a bit disappointed.
I was so keen to try these when I first saw them in the super market, but found them to be such a let down when I got around to trying them. Being a "little larger" I found it really hard to get it to stick down and hand to end up pulling my underwear up to get it to stick down under the band of my undies (so uncomfortable!). Its also not long enough so did't cover the whole area I would have hoped it did. On the plus side, it did hold its heat for a really long time which was nice :)
