Tips: May need to add some tape around the sides to keep it in place while asleep
I seriously wouldn't waste my money on these, i prefer a wheat pack any day. It lost its sticky, it didn't really heat up that much.
Tips: It might come in handy for Nana's chilly knees on a cold evening :)
did not stick well at all! was warm, not hot. maybe a "dud" pack. who know. but what i do know is that i will not be wasting money on this product again
Tips: invest in a wheet pack :)
I thought that the idea was fabulous, the product itself was very disappointing. As someone who suffers from severe cramps, I thought this would be a convenient product to have in my purse, for when I have my period. Instead the pad never stuck well and was only mildly warm. Very disappointing.
Didn't heat up as much as expected - only just warm, the adhesive is useless the pad and materials it is made out of are too heavy for the glue and it just peels right off. and it turns rigid and cold after only a couple of hours not even close to the claims on the package.
Tips: Invest in some deep heat or finalgon cream rather than this product.
I tried these despite reading not so great reviews and couldn't understand all the bad press? I had VERY bad cramps to the point where I was crippled over in bed and we near thought I had appendicitis, ended up in the ER everything.. So I started using these when I went to bed. These gave me very comforting relief and got nice and hot.. These stayed hot for about 10 hours and I was actually able to use them 2 nights in a row as they heated up well again.. But just lost their stick.. I think people don't realize you need to play around with them a bit first before applying them to get the producted 'activated' so to speak. I think these are great if your in intense pain.
Tips: Great for pain relief and comfort when your lying down. Definitely help!
Received a sample and must admit I was excited to try, only to be disappointed :( Took awhile to activate and just didn't get that hot. Felt as if i would've got more warmth by holding my hand against my tummy so bit of a let down. Also found it irritating to be stuck on. Glad it was free and I didn't waste money to try this product
I was really excited to try this product as i would have loooved something that heated up well and you could have on the go. I was very dissapointed with this product as it did not do what it said, it definatly did not reach a temperature of 50 degrees. Also this didnt stick tomy skin very well and i follwed the directions of aplication very clearly. I really wish that this product have been good because it would have been very helpfull for many other women.
Tips: Get a hot water bottle or a wheat pack, they sell small hotties at some supermarket and are perfect for period pains/cramps :)
The concept is really awesome which is why I was so excited to trial it but the pad didn't heat up enough and was rather lukewarm throughout the few hours. The adhesive was also not very good either and after two hours the pad falls off your skin. What a shame, would recommend alternatives until this product improves. Thankfully I didn't spend money on it or that would have been a sore disappointment.
Tips: Get a wheat pack and a hot drink! :D
Meh. Took forever to heat up (was pretty mild heat at that), didn't stick properly and I was pretty underwhelmed. Wouldn't buy this one again.
