I had a sample from the libra website once but it didnt do anything for me and I think you have to be sitting at all times when wearing this so the patch actually stays on the place you want it to.. I found that the patch came away from the tummy when I moved around.. But if I sat or lay down it would be okay.. Wouldnt buy these though I'd just use my heatpack

Got these as a free sample and have to admit as I don't have cramps anymore thought I would stick it to my shoulder which I have alot of muscle ache from but no think I will stick to my wheat bag. I actually got one for my son's girlfriend and she said she will stick to her hot water bottle.
so unfortunately for me my sample arrived and the middle piece was broken so it never heated up but the thing is I get such bad pain that I would not solely rely on this as a pain reliever, great initiative but not for everyone I guess (;
Tips: Ideal for people with moderate pain
so dissappointed in this product. It certainly didnt live up to the expectation.didnt really heat up luke warm. Tried it again just in case was dissappointed again.
A little while ago I requested a free sample on a website, and I was very excited when it arrived in the mail. The next time I had bad tummy cramps I used it, and it was very easy to apply and comfortable to "wear". It took a long time for the pad to warm up, and it never got much warmer than body temperature. For me that just was not enough to help with the cramps, and I will go back to a real hottie an pain killers next time.
Tips: Might be useful for very light cramps, but if you are in a lot of pain I don't think this is the one for you.
I was so keen to try these when I first saw them in the super market, but found them to be such a let down when I got around to trying them. Being a "little larger" I found it really hard to get it to stick down and hand to end up pulling my underwear up to get it to stick down under the band of my undies (so uncomfortable!). Its also not long enough so did't cover the whole area I would have hoped it did. On the plus side, it did hold its heat for a really long time which was nice :)
I have been using this product today, I put it on at 7am and have taken it off at 1pm during this time the adhesive has caused bright red welts across my skin.
the heat is very low-I would rather use a wheat bag.
the packaging of product is good, bright colours but the actual product looks like a giant sanitary pad..
I really feel this product didn't heat up enough and I had to push on the product to actually feel the heat
I had such high hopes for this product as it such a cool concept. I mean who doesn't love the idea of on the go cramp help. But the heat was barely noticeable on me and did not last anywhere as long as I thought that it would. I would say give it a go for anyone who does experience period cramps or any cramps for that matter as from the ladies I have spoken to it is a real individual thing - works on some and not on others. If in doubt, grab a hot water bottle :)
Recommend this for teenagers who are having their first periods as it helps with light pain. They’re not too hot and won’t burn the skin.
Tips: Add to teenagers period pack
Got these thinking they would be fantastic as all the packaging and adverts say they wilol help with period pain. I was dissapointeed, they didn't warm up and didn't do what they suggested at all.
Maybe I used them wrong, but not sure how you can get it wrong?
