Lime Crime Velvetines

i love the pigmentation and this product def does what its supposed to but it just not for me personally my skin color is way to pale which suck as i do like it and it is a brilliant product.

SOO long wearing, beautiful colours, and totally matte. And they are totally kiss proof but not quite make out proof. I have Suedeberry and my fiancee loves it because it doesn't rub off on his face or lips.

With valentines day coming up you can't go wrong with these, especially seeing as you can kiss your special someone without getting lipstick all over them. So, so pigmented I'm almost scared to start putting it on for fear of getting it wrong. If you do screw up make sure to get in fast because these tend to stay put once they're dry. Theyre longwearing but they wear off evenly as red velvet tends to stain my lips red or at least have a layer stuck down. I apply with a brush as I don't trust myself with the doe foot applicator as its a somewhat runny formula.

These lip products have such an amazing colour and texture. Extremely matte finish, they look super sexy and last on your lips for a really long time (Even with food inbetween).

Absolutely in love with velvetines, no need for lip linner, i haven't found it bleed at all. I have three shades all of which are vibrant and stay vibrant throughout the day. Quick easy application, goes on like a stain drys matt. Nice fragrance. Worth the price

I got Suedeberry, and I wasn't very happy with it. I found that it flaked very easily and dried out my lips like no other non-Lime Crime lipstick ever has. I also thought it wasn't as longlasting as the Velourlips

Seeing as how everyone around the world loves the Velvetines, I must be the only strange one who dislike this and would never use again. When I first bought it, I was super excited to try and when I did get a chance to try it, I hated how it's so watery and just goes everywhere! The Velvetines dries up so fast, since it's so watery, if I make a mess I would have to be quick to clean it up or else it would leave a stain. I have only tried the Pink Velvetine and the color is beautiful but I am not liking the formula.

I have to agree with those who didn't entirely love the product. It took me a couple of goes to decide that I would in fact use it, but I don't think I'd buy it again. I purchased Suedeberry, the colour is a really beautiful subtle red, I don't dislike the colour at all it is a beautiful change from intense red's, and a step up from light pinks. It is very wet when you first apply it, I now only apply the most minimal amount and then smooth that across my lips, it really does go far! In saying that unless I use two coats I find that it dries too opaque. But I found that it took a little longer than expected to dry, and while it does look matte, it is very sticky on my lips so it isn't the nicest feeling. However, staying power is great! And I have decided it smells like Creaming Soda so to be honest I kind of just want to eat it :))

After reading reviews on this product i decided to buy my own and how happy i am i did. The pigmentation and colours are amazing. Only a little is needed for full coverage too, i wore one layer and after a normal day of work, eating etc the coverage was still there!

I also found that there was no cracking, flaking or bleeding!
