A'kin Daily Shine Conditioner

Thank you BR for the opportunity to trial A'kin Daily Shine Conditioner.

The conditioner comes in a tall 375ml cylinder shaped bottle with a push cap lid. The bottle and cap are made with 100% recycled plastic. And is Australian made.

The conditioner bottle has instructions for use, an ingredient list and loads more information on the product. The conditioner is white in colour and texture is thick and creamy. I am not a fan of the fragrance.

After shampooing my hair with A'kin Daily Shine Shampoo, I then apply A'kin Daily Shine Conditioner.

Simply apply to mid-length and ends. I use a generous amount on my long, thick hair. I can easily run my fingers through my hair once applied. I leave in for a few minutes and then rinse thoroughly.

I have not noticed an increase in shine or added smoothness with my hair yet. But will keep using and hopefully see a change.

My hair scalp/hair feel clean.

Thank you for the opportunity to try this product. The conditioner has a white gloss to it. As with the shampoo bottle my seals came off and was stuck in the lids, no need to remove. Manufacturer might want to look into that, some leaked out in the box because of this

Conditioner has a faibt herbal smell, not overpowering at all. Conditiiner leaves hair really soft, even enhanced my curls, but cant really see a shine.

Will continue use to see if anything changes.

This came with the shampoo and I have been using them together. Like the shampoo, the product doesn't squeeze through the lid perforation so I have to remove the lid to get the product which is fine.

The product is a thick white cream that glides through my hair and coats every strand. I like that a lot. It leaves my hair soft, tangle-free, and shiny and with no staining due to having no colour in it.It feels very gentle on my hair and scalp.

As with the shampoo, it says it features a luxurious fragrance of Geranium, Cedarwood & Patchouli. I really don't like the scent.

What I do like is that it is 100% Vegan, Sulphate & Silicone Free, and has 100% recycled packaging. I looked at their site and it says they never test their products on animals so that is also a huge tick.

But I can't get past the smell, and it lingers in the bathroom which is not good. For anyone who does like the smell though, this is a very good gentle, botanical, product and definitely worth a try. It is $21.99 for the 375ml bottle, but they also have a 50ml tube for $8.99 if you want to try something smaller.

As with its Shampoo sibling, A'kin Daily Shine Conditioner was a welcome product to test. Housed in another user-friendly tall container, the conditioner can be stored 'on its head' as the quantity reduces.

I did consider the consistency rather 'gluggy' and thought it would be difficult to dispense, but a good squeeze resolved all worries. This product is densely white in colour.

The conditioner goes on easily and happily penetrates hair to the scalp, again not a large quantity is required to do the job and therefore this is an economical item.

It rinses out effectively, and yes my hair remained sleek and shiny after drying. The unusual 'fresh' fragrance soon dissipated.

Will definitely use this in future.

I've only used popular salon branded shampoo, conditioner and treatments for the last 20+ years - but am now exploring and discovering how effective natural products can be. So much like the Shampoo, am stoked to be trialing this product. The Conditioner bottle matches the Shampoo bottle. Its a clear generous 375ml bottle with a white press to decanter lid and labelling is a lighter sage green colour wrapped around the bottle. The conditioner itself is white in colour and has a creamy texture. Again, the scent is absolutely devine! Same scent as the shampoo, it has a Dr. Hauschka herbal scent and leaves hair smelling clean and lightly scented. On first use it performs much like most of my other conditioners which makes me happy, its easy to rinse out and my hair was much the same to dry and style. I didn't notice any difference from my usual products - which again I'm thrilled about. What I like about the A'kin products are that they are 100% vegan and paraben and sulphate free. I love that natural products are making a come back and I can stop worrying about what I'm exposing myself to chemical wise using a new product. My only gripe again is with the lid gathering water, but quick fix is to elevate the bottle out of the stream of the shower. As these trials aren't a long time frame I can't speak to the condition of my hair long term. But so far so good which is encouraging! Overall, I'm stoked. Love the product, enjoyed trialing it, happy with the result and love that its a great alternative to a chemical rich product!

My hair felt so light and bouncy after using this product! I loved the scent - to me it smelt like ginger and chamomile (it had a warm and spicy scent) which was divine to use and left my hair smelling delicious after showering. The product was easy to use and dispense through my hair and washed out easily without leaving a residue or my hair feeling heavy. I have very fine hair - but lots of it so this product was perfect to leave my hair feeling nourished but not weighed down. I was super impressed when my hair was dry - so soft, and so shiny! My hair looked so healthy!

I trailed the matching shampoo with mixed feelings, but the conditioner was much better. It made my hair slide through my fingers like butter, and because I have long thick hair, this is no mean feat. It has a very pleasant fragrance. I really love the ingredient list, but unfortunately once my hair was dry. It was frizzy and felt more brittle. Overall an average product.

Would definitely use this again, like the Shampoo it does not have an overpowering smell and only need a very small amount, unlike some conditioners where i have to use a good size amount to get it through my hair. I love how this left my hair feeling soo soft and shiny. This also works wonders on tight curls and corse hair that is hard to manage and leaves your hair feeling so nice

This, along with the shampoo definitely made my hair shine, it was nice and think did what it promised. I would use it again, as it did make my hair feel nice and soft.

If this A'kin Conditioner is an example of natural products it is a must have for me. I was really happy with the shampoo on it's own but this conditioner lifted my hair to a different level. I comes in a matching recyclable bottle and lid same as the shampoo but is a creamy white silky product with the same lovely herbal scent as the shampoo. It feels amazing to apply to my hair and my hair has never looked as soft and shiny before. The shine is even better than with just the shampoo which I was happy with but by using as a pair the shine seems to have more depth .My hair has never felt more healthy and even better is manageable and so soft.
