Lush Lip Scrub Review

I bought this recently and while I do enjoy it I find it expensive for what it really is. Seems like just putting a bunch of sugar on my lips would achieve the same thing. Also, it's quite messy and I always seem to be left with a bit of the scrub on my face. It does smell and taste delicious though, just not sure its something I would buy again!

This product effectively removes any dead skin on your lips leaving them smooth and soft. It is also edible and tastes amazing which of course is a major bonus! Because who doesn't like a little sugary bubblegum flavour! Highly recommend this product as I use it at least once every week to get addictive satin soft lips.

I love the cheeky wee packaging, I love the way the products have who made them, when and use by dates with wee faces... they have a kind of personal touch.

Bubblegum - or should I say candyfloss? sweet, almost sickly sweet, sticky bubblegum (reminds me of the old Bazooka Joe gum sticks). It scrubs well and isn't harsh but soft and gently effective. This leaves my lips feeling smooth without irritation (I have a sensitive top lip due to repetitive cold sore in one place). It does leave a sticky mess on your lips though but it says to lick them after use (I wipe it and then rinse). The wee pots are cute but also good value as you don't actually need a lot each use. I like to have a couple on the go in different flavours as I get bored of the same flavour after a while.

Although I know how easy it is to make your own lipscrub, I couldn't resist adding this one to my cart when shopping on the Lush website. This smells epically good, sweet, buttery and delicious. It tastes almost as good (although the jojoba oil-not so much!) I find that this effectively and gently scrubs any dry skin on my lips away without leaving my lips feeling sore and irritated afterwards. It seems pretty pricy for such a small tub but it will last yonks I think.

Will definitely repurchase and cant wait to try the other flavours!

I brought this Lush lip scrub in bubblegum it smells and taste great. I get really dry cracked lips and I found this work well to remove any dry rough patches especially during the Winter months. I use this product twice a day (morning and night) and have noticed a real difference in the condition of my lips, which are definitely softer!

I love lush, the smells from the stores drawer you in like a crazy drug!! And they overwhelm your senses! And i just wanted to eat this lip scrub and im pretty sure i did a few times with the leftover product!! I purchased the bubble gum flavour and absolutly love it! The smell is amazing and so is the taste. It definitely exfoliates the lips! You could make this at home all by yourself, but would it ever smell or taste as good as a lush scrub?!!

If your lips are dry and peeling then this is the stuff for you would recommend 2x a day but holy moly even after using it once you can really feel a difference rubbing all over lips for up to 30-45 sec then use a damp cloth to remove any excess suger

I am a huge Lush fan; so I promise not to be bias! I have started to use lipstick a lot more regularly than I used to and quickly noticed how dry my lips were becoming... so I purchased Lush's Popcorn Lip Scrub. It definitely does what it's suppose too; my lips were left feeling smooth and soft. Added bonus: The scrub tastes amazing! It is a bit pricey for how tiny it is and it can be quite messy too! But all in all I would purchase it again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to others.

I used the bubblegum lip scrub and yes I did do what it said but I found it to be far to harsh to scrub my poor lips... It made them burn and feel super sore. Don't get me wrong I love lush products but this was a real let down for me :( it also didn't last long before it went all hard in the tub and I had to constantly mix water in it
