YSL never fails to disappoint. Just love the colors and the formula which feels good on.scented but in the nicest way .beautiful color options.very moisturizing.this is by far the best and most luxurious lipstick from packaging to the rich formula it is all just sooo glamorous.

After a whole bunch of hype I caved and bought one of these lippies - everyone promised me it would change my life haha but really I was left feeling a little disappointed.

First off the colour pay off on a few of the colours I have is pretty average (I bought a few different shades just in case the colour I got was some dud anomaly) the only one I really liked was 17 - red muse now that is a seductive red. I feel I should point out that I do have dark lips and really seek out opacity in lippies - you won't find it here!

Where it did shine was in the shine department, these are glossy and beautiful, they feel like luxurious butter on the lips and smell divine.

The price point is a little high but considering it's YSL it makes sense if buttery creamy lippies are your thing and you are a luxe kinda girl these will fulfill all your hopes and dreams. Which is why I would recommend to friends, and highly too - depending on what they want from a lipstick.

To be quite frank these feel like the grown up super luxe and less pigmented version of the NYX Black Label lippies to me. If the YSL Rouge Volupte is not in your budget I suggest giving one of the Black Labels a spin I have an orange that's almost a perfect dupe for a YSL one I have - right down to texture.

I on the other hand want colour first - everything else being secondary and it just didn't deliver on that front.

i was always hesitant about buying one of these lipsticks because they are quite costly but i finally caved in and I'm so happy i did i love love love these lipsticks there so moisturising and literally just glide on so there so easy to apply they give a nice glossy finish, feel amazing on your lips and the colours are so pretty ! and on the plus side the packaging is super cute!!

These are pretty pricey, but if you like luxury then I would give them a whirl. I have three shades, a peach, a nude and a pink. The packaging is gorgeous and feels quality. The lipsticks are super creamy, have a lovely smell and are opaque. The only let down for me is that the staying power isn't what I would like it to be for the price - but I will definitely be getting more regardless!

I absolutely love this lipstick. I own number 8 which is a very pretty basic nude color, that goes well with my light skin. It smells like citrus and is so moisturizing on the lips - defiantly will repurchase! The only problem is that it doesn't last very long on my lips.

One of the most creamy, luxurious, lipsticks I own! Not only is the packaging beautiful, but the product goes on clean, smooth and silky.

Comparable with the Revlon lip butters in texture although silkier, goes on clean and doesn't sink into any lines. I like wearing this on days my lips are feeling a bit dry as it is super moisturising. They almost feel like gloss on your lips, without being sticky at all.

As for lasting power, they don't stay on too long, be prepared for a few touch ups on a night out, but is easy to apply without a mirror.

I personally own the colour #108 which is a purple-based pink and looks great with a neutral eye look.

These lipsticks are a little on the expensive side, but they are a quality, high end product. Definitely worth the cash!

I absolutely adore these lipsticks. For one the packaging is beautiful, its luxurious and something worth showing off. I also like the fact that the lid has a little mirror at the end! The formula of these lipsticks is absolutely to die for, so creamy, opaque, fab in colour pay off and wears beautifully.. There are no dry lips with these lipsticks and the colour selection is fantastic. I highly recommend these beautiful lipsticks!

I purchased one of these lipsticks when I was overseas (they are way too expensive in NZ!) and I got the No.6 colour. I'm not sure if words can describe how much I love this lipstick. It smells amazing, goes onto the lips so smooth, doesn't dry the lips out and lasts for HOURS! I'm not sure if the lighter colours would be the same but my one seems to leave behind a pink stain so even when I eat/drink I still have colour on my lips even if the shine goes.

I know I should save this lipstick for special occasions but I just love it too much and use it several times a week. I'm too nervous to carry it round in my handbag in case it damages the gorgeous packaging or melts the lipstick- it is a prized possession!

I have #22 ( a plum sort of colour) and #1 nude beige.

The colours are absolutely gorgeous, and the lipstick itself has such a nice smooth creamy texture.

It has such a nice smell too, my #1 smells sort of like watermelon!

The only downfall is it is not that moisturising. After about 30 minutes my lips start to feel a bit dry, but if I put more on they feel fine again. The colour in #22 also lasts on your lips for ages!

It comes in such a pretty case too!

This has to be my ultimate favourite lipstick. I love the beautiful gold packaging! it just looks luxurious and makes you feel glamourous just having this in your bag.

I find the lipstick is very moisturising for my dry lips and the colour really does last. I only have the one of these lipsticks, as they are expensive.

Definitely want to add more to my collection soon!
