After hunting for a particular shade for weeks, I found it and it is just perfect. It really stays (in fact the only negative is trying to get it off) and the colour remains vibrant without drying your lips.

Tips: Invest in some good makeup remover!
I liked this lipstick, the matte finish is really nice and the colours are super pretty. The product is highly pigmented and very vibrant. Application is easy and once applied it takes a while to dry which can be uncomfortable but then it like a lip tattoo it won't smudge, bleed or move at all. This product is the best long-lasting lipstick I have found, my only complaint is that it can be a little drying to my lips.
Tips: Use an oil cleanser to remove.
This lipstick is not for everyone - but it sure is for me! If I wear lipstick - I wear the boldest colors I can find - which means against my pale skin any faults in the lipstick stand out tenfold. This lipstick STAYS PUT. Its kiss proof, transfer proof, doesn't bleed and stays exactly where you put it. No lipliner or other products needed. An amazing product and I have this in 3 colors (a bold Red, Fuchsia & Burgundy)
Tips: Prep your lips by exfoliating and then putting a lip balm on for 10mins or so while you do the rest of your makeup - then blot off the lip balm so your lips are bare but moisturized.
Be patient when applying. It can take up to 5mins to carefully apply and that's okay - you are basically tattooing your lips for the day/night. Don't press your lips together while it sets.
When you want to remove the lipstick - use coconut oil or an oil cleanser to remove.
I have a few of these and love them. The colours are vibrant and stay very well. A little drying on my lips, and they don't like a gloss top coat. Can feel a little sticky.
Tips: Apply and blot gently (and quickly) with a tissue. I found that without the blotting, there was almost too much product.
They are very easy to apply, highly pigmented and its like a lip tatoo. Its nude shade is great for brown skin like me.
Tips: Choose the colour carefully, it is highly pigmented and take a while to wipe it off lips
I love Matt lipsticks. So this super stay red matte ink is beautiful. It lasts a while if you not eating. It doesn't get onto your teeth which is great! I Have the Poet (60) shade as well
As a more mature woman I look for lippies that won't bleed into the lines around my mouth. This most certainly achieves my goal. However, it is sticky and you need to keep your mouth open for a while to let it dry. As the matte finish is not ideal for me I top it with a wee coating of a slightly more moisturising and shiny lipstick which adheres really well. The result is a good feel and lasting finish.
Tips: If you're going to add another layer over the top start with a light colour in the first place. I use Poet.
I was recently gifted one of these in a lovely mauve shade and actively looked for opportunities to wear it, as I’m wearing a mask out in public and they are few. I’m so used to a traditional bullet style cream lipstick I hadn’t realised there were such long wearing formulas out there that are so good! This lipstick will not only last through an afternoon of zooms but also a BBQ, drinks and coffee with very little wear and it’s not drying at all. It takes a bit of getting used to. Firstly start with dry lips, make sure you have the perfect straight line using the wand - it’s easy as it’s shaped into a point. I find I don’t need to add more product than what comes out for an application to fill both my top and bottom lips. You need to then wait patiently for it to dry before you’re good to go. The drying part is the only stage that your lips feel a little claggy and uncomfortable but after that you barely notice you’re wearing it. 8 hours is probably the longest time I wore this and there was some wear around the centre of my mouth which I would have touched up if I was out but I didn’t see any transfer onto glasses or food like you might notice from a normal lippie. You might think removal is hard but my normal Neutrogena oil cleanser just wiped it away without the need for any flannel or cotton wipes. I’m definitely going to be getting this again in a more coffee colour shade next time I’m out and I see Maybelline on special.
Tips: Don’t press your lips together in the application phase as you’ll end up with a sticky mess and colour won’t transfer correctly and you might have to start again.
These are beautiful shades and easy to apply. They stay on even after eating. I like liquid texture of them. They glide on smoothly.
This liquid lipstick is both great and terrible because once you apply it it is quite literally impossible to remove. You can eat and drink and do anything and it won’t budge. But it is really hard to get it off once you want to remove it. It’s also a very moisturising formula so it doesn’t really dry down and stays slightly sticky.
