Garnier is one of my favourite hair brands, and this product does not disappoint. The formula combines the power of avocado, olive & shea oils to nourish, even after the first wash my hair felt super clean and healthy, after a week of using this product my hair is noticably softer, silkier and more manageable. Often with supermarket shampoos I feel like I need to wash, rinse then repeat to get that deep clean, but with this product once was fine, which is important in regards to value for money. I love that Garnier has gone paraben free with this formula, proving that is is not necessary for a great product to contain parabens. The other thing that I liked was that the bottle is recyclable, Garnier has really stepped up to create a environmentally friendly product.

Tips: Use in conjunction with Garnier Fructis Nutri Repair 3 Conditioner for optimum results.
Thank you beauty review for giving me the chance to review this product. I have extremely dry and damaged hair due to blonde lightening to keep me ashy. Unfortunately it takes a toll on my hair. I have been using this product a couple of times this week as I only wash my hair twice a week. It has a lovely fruity fragrance which I love! The shampoo makes my hair feel lovely and clean and it doesn’t leave my hair weighed down like some repair products tend to do. After straightening my hair my hair felt lovely and soft. Still too early to tell if it has helped my hair. I look forward to seeing results after using the product for a longer period of time.
Tips: Use along side the conditioner
This is a shampoo that i have been using off and on for years. Its usually really cheap in the supermarket and i keep it around as my 'back up' if i run out. You really cant beat the smell of garnier fructis products, and this shampoo lives up to that. My hair is always so soft, smooth and clean after using this. Not too mention, the smell stays in my hair for days after a wash which i love.
I've often had issues with shampoos that have done the opposite of nourishing my hair and have always had to use a conditioner every time I've shampooed or not use shampoo at all. I've never been able to use shampoo on its own but I thought I'd give Garnier Fructis Nutri-Repair 3 a go and see what happens. I've been pleasantly surprised. My hair is a challenge at the best of times so I didn't hold out much hope (see Worzel Gummidge photos for reference). Usually, if I'm silly enough to only use shampoo, a great deal of pain ensues trying to brush my hair afterwards. Not so after using this product. There were no tangles, tantrums or tears at all. It's been a very short trial period so I'm looking forward to using the product over the next week or so and seeing what the results are. The ingredients are beautiful - olive, avocado and shea oils - all designed to nurture and restore your hair and it's great to see that it's a paraben-free product. I'm very keen to see the results over the next few weeks.
I LOVE this shampoo! Firstly, the smell is just delightful. I like how it's paraben free and that it has less nasties. Upon using it, it felt very soft and creamy and I didn't feel like it was stripping my hair. After drying, I could still smell the lovely scent but overall, my hair felt soft, clean and full of volume.
I have bleach blonde hair, it’s very damaged. I was excited when I got this in the mail! As I mostly use high end haircare. I am always looking for hair care that is cheaper but also good. I found this shampoo to be just your average supermarket brand that doesn’t help repair. I had to use a decent amount of product to get it to even bubble up and go all over my hair. It didn’t feel great when washing out and left my hair feeling like it needed a good conditioner. Overall if I was on a very tight budget I’d buy it but other wise I wouldn’t bother. I’d recommend to my family and friends but won’t be raving to them about it.
I have damaged hair from a balayage disaster 6 months ago and I'm still dealing with the results from that so my poor hair is slowly trying to get back to its former glory. I have been using other repair shampoo and conditioners so was keen to give this a go as hair repair products can be on the pricey side. This shampoo does what its meant to and cleans your hair but I don't think after using this my hair felt particularly "nourished" like the bottle claims. I found the smell to be quite strong which I personally don't like and once my hair was dry the smell was still quite apparent. Overall its a shampoo I wouldn't go out and buy, it did the job of cleaning my hair and I don't like the smell.
GarnierI was excited to try the new garnier fructis formulas as I've loved using the old version of the range and I'm keen to move towards products that don't contain SLS and paraben free.
I have long thick hair which is dry and damaged as I often blow dry it. I was hoping that this shampoo would add so moisture back into my hair and repair the damage. I have been using this shampoo and conditioner in the range for the past week. So far have enjoyed using it. I have found that my hair feels softer and silkier. I think if I continue to use this over time it will provide nourishment and moisture into my hair.
The texture of the shampoo is of a gel consistency. This shampoo does lather up when you use it which is surprising seeing as most paraben free shampoos don't lather up. This made is easy to apply and spread all over my scalp. I usually rinse and repeat and I found that this shampoo cleaned my hair well and got ride of the excess oil in my hair.
I love the smell of this shampoo too. The scent is really fruity and fills the whole bathroom when I use it.
Overall I really like this shampoo as I has made my hair feel softer. I think overtime it will repair my damaged hair too.
Shampoo is one of those products I always have trouble finding a good quality one that lasts a long time. My hair type is coloured and damaged. I'm looking for a product that can repair the damage as well as making my hair colour last longer.
The packaging of this bottle is quite small . For my thick hair this might stretch out and last a month if I cut my washed back to a couple a week.
Consistency of this shampoo is runny liquid . It's a yellow opaque colour. The scent of it remind me of fresh fruits .
Application lathers up in my hair like a dream. My scalp feels invigorated by this shampoo. My hairs so thick I need at least two to three applications to make the clean worth while.
My results is clean hair . Normally my hair gets knotty with shampoo not with this one. Price wise I think it could be cheaper for its size . Otherwise it was ok . I like that it's easy enough for me to repurchase in stores.
First of all, loved the colour of the bottle. It makes me think of summer! The shampoo is parade free which great. And the oils make your hair feel lovely and soft without any residue left on your hair. It smells wonderful, I have problems with allergies from the fragrance in products, but this was fine which is a bonus. I look forward to trialling this future to see what what the long-term benefits are.
Tips: Use with the Garnier Fructis Nutri Repair 3 Conditioner for the full effect!
