Lush Angels on Bare Skin Cleanser

Thank you so much for putting this up for review Beauty Review. This is one of my all time favourite Lush products. The best thing about this cleanser is that its full of natural ingredients and this blend of ingredients are just perfect for my skin requirements, as it leaves my skin feeling soft, clean and most importantly, moisturised. The price for this is well worth it and I don't consider it expensive for a cleanser especially for the amount you receive as it lasts for ages. One of my holy grail products (along with Herbalism) and definitely one I can not live without. If you have troubled skin i.e. acne, stubborn blemishes, then this is the product for you. It will not irritate and the little pieces (lavender flower I think and almond pieces) don't just cleanse the skin, but exfoliate it too, so its more of a 2 in 1 product. If you are looking for the perfect cleanser, then look no more, because this is it!!!

This is a great cleanser and a gentle exfoliant for dry skin. It's one of my favourite Lush products.

I love how soft and smooth my skin feels after. While it's a bit different to the standard liquid cleanser, it's not difficult to use at all. You just take a a pea-sized amount, mix it with water, and rub it in before washing it off. The results are fantastic.

i got given this as a gift, I'm not usually into natural skincare personally for myself but wow!! My skin looked so radiant after one use of this delicious cleanser and the fine granules gently exfoliate with making skin go red! Loved it adndwill definately be recommending this one!!

For years and years I had been buying supermarket cleansers with no results. One day I was fed up with not understanding what actually was in the products I use and decided that if I was going to spend $15 at a supermarket, whats an extra $4-5 to try something at lush. Unusual for me, I bought this product not knowing anyone who had used it before and as such had no recommendations for it. But the staff at Lush suggested it for my skin type (somedays dry, some days oily, reasonably sensitive) and low and behold I have found the PERFECT cleanser for me!

To start with, I LOVE the scent. It smells of tea tree and lavender (so if you are not a fan of these you probably wont like this product) - for me it is soothing and relaxing after a hard days work. Secondly, it is not a liquid cleanser (nor is it completely solid). So you need to pull a pea size amount from the container and mix with a little bit of water in your hand to form a paste. Thirdly, this cleanser has a wee bit of a scrub in it - not enough to irritate my skin but just enough to make it feel nice and clean and able to be used daily. It also doesn't leave my skin feeling dry or tight like I find some other brands do.

The main thing I love about this product is the fact that I have not had anything near a breakout since using this cleanser, when compared to normal supermarket brands. It leaves my skin feeling fresh and revitalised and somewhat glowing! I cannot recommend this product enough (especially for someone with similar skin to I - totally understand that some other people may not have the same results as we all have different skin)!

I'd stock my bathroom with lush products if I could. They all smell divine. Angels on bare skin is wonderful. Its gentle yet effective. Id use this with the enchanted eye cream afterwards. Feels like a little a real indulgence.

This is now my cleasner, It's gentle but yet does the job and my skin loves me for it! At first i broke out around my chin, But i was trialling 4 different lush cleasners at that stage, But since just using this one for awhile it's all cleared up thank god! Angels on bare skin leaves my skin so smooth and beautiful, i can't stop touching it! Alittle goes along way i find and what's even better that its handmade and natural! Am totally in love with lush products.

I have quite oily skin, prone to breakouts - particularly around my T-Zone. The first time I used Angels on Bare Skin, the difference was noticeable after only a few days. Everyone said my skin looked less shiny, but more glowing. My spots cleared up within a week.

I stupidly changed cleansers and in the first month had huge breakouts on my chin, including cystic acne along my jaw line. I endured for a couple months more because I thought it was a reaction to change, not the product itself.

I've recently changed back to Angels on Bare Skin, and in the space of a week my skin is no longer red and sore, my cystic pimples have reduced in size and my skin looks a lot happier and healthier.

This is my absolute favourite cleanser. I have combination skin where my t-zone gets oily, but all of my skin is dry and flaky and I also get a lot of acne. This cleanser not only cleanses your skin, but also lightly exfoliates and it smells lovely. It's super easy to apply, and comes in a simple black container. You don't need to use much and I find that it lasts me at least 3 months, however I only use it in the morning. I found that after using it for a few days my skin was softer, and after a week my acne was clearing up. I highly recommend this product and have recommended it to a lot of friends who also love it.

Since I no longer get acne and my skin has changed from an oil slick to dry and patchy with large pores and blackheads in my t-zone, I've been on the hunt for a cleanser that cleans my skin but doesn't dry it out or irritate it. This is it!

It's gentle enough that it doesn't cause my dry patches to flare up and become sensitive, yet cleans my skin beautifully, even around my nose and chin where my blackheads are the worst.

The texture is great and gently exfoliates my flaky skin, while the lavender absolute soothes - once I'm finished cleansing my skin is so smooth and happy!

The pottle is a decent size too (as a little goes a looong way) and I love the way you mix it with water in the palm of your hand to create a paste - so therapeutic! Plus it smells amazing and I feel so relaxed while I'm using it, such a treat :)

I would recommend this to anyone and everyone; it's so gentle and versatile! I've had a couple of friends who use it say that it's been great for their acne too. Such an effective cleanser that's awesome value for money, all natural AND cruelty free - couldn't ask for more! <3
