Lush Lip Scrub Review

I bought this as just had to try it and see what the fuss was all about, basically it's bubblegum flavoured sugar, i used to make my own scrub with brown sugar and honey and does the same job but the bubblegum flavour makes it worth buying. Its a gentle scrub, like any sugar lip scrub so nothing AMAZING, does the job. I find if i over use it it makes my lips extremely dry and have to make sure you lather the lip balm on top, it gets rid of flaky lips which i find i get really badly after wearing MAC Lady Danger, this scrub is a must after that lipstick. I would probably purchase it again just for the convenience of it being in a tub and me not having to make my own but really it's just a $12 tub of bubblegum flavoured sugar

Smell is strong, but yummy! Smells just like hubba bubba! When you scrub your lips, the taste is sweet! It is in a cute little jar, with a fair amount of lip scrub in it. It lasts quite a while, and you only need a little bit to exfoliate your lips. Depending on how much you use, it can last up to a month or more, I was quite pleased about that as I thought it would run out very fast. The Lush Lip Scrub is 10/10 for me, my lips have never felt so smooth and soft!

Everything I have bought from Lush, I love, and this gorgeous lip scrub is right up there with my favourite buys. I find the $12.50 price tag very reasonable. I got the bubblegum flavour because I have a sweet tooth and this is a real delight. I do use it in the shower as it is easier to use and the way it leaves my lips feeling is amazing. Such a small and quick thing to do and the difference it makes is awesome. After my shower I apply my make up as usual and my lippy looks wonderful with my freshly scrubbed lips.

i get dry lips all year round, especially winter and just a lip balm on its own doesn't do justice! incorparating this in my life has been great because i know that my lips will be so soft and smooth! i can use this on the go too, very handy that it is small and edible!

This is a great product that comes in a cute little jar and for me is a must have in the winter since I get super dry lips. I get it in popcorn flavour and it's hard to not eat it it's sugary and salty at the same time and basically it just helps get rid of all the gross dry skin and then you just put on a lip balm/lipstick after and you're good to go.

Boyfriend got me the bubblegum flavour at Christmas and we both love it (boyfriend eats it!!). I use my scrub practically everyday while doing my makeup and have had great results. Lipstick is easier to apply after using the scrub followed by a lip balm to prevent drying out. As well as applying easily, lipstick looks nicer on the lips and is less likely to appear dry. The smell and the taste of the bubblegum scrub is so yummy and you only have to use a tiny amount. Such a good buy!

I heard people raving about these lip scrubs so I bought the popcorn one.. I wasn't blown away! The smell of it is amazing but the taste was overpowering and it left my lips dry even after I put lip balm on.
