Lush Lip Scrub Review

Love love love these products! I have tried the Bubblegum flavour and also the special edition Popcorn flavour with the latter being my personal favourite. Just rub a pinch of the scrub on your lips and then lick the excess off! It not only makes your lips look fantastic, it tastes fantastic too! Great to use on those days you know you will be applying lipstick but your lips are dry and flaky. Highly recommend to anyone who regularly experiences flaky/dry lips.

Love this product with a passion! I suffer from extremely dry lips and am always needing to moisturise them. This product has made my lips so much smoother and "healthy" looking. It is also great to use to remove lip stains or lipsticks that have left colouring on your lips and its edible! Who doesn't love things that you can eat afterwards! I use the Mint Julip one and it tastes like an After Dinner Mint, It has lasted me ages which is always a plus so if you are looking for a product that isn't too expensive and lasts a fair while i would say give this one a try im 99.9% sure you will get addicted!

I am in love with this product! I purchased the pink bubblegum flavour and am crazy about it! Even after using once this leaves the lips super smooth and gets rid of all dry bits of skin hanging around! I made sure to use a moisturiser afterwards to keep the lips hydrated and feeling good. Also a plus that the product is completely edible so you can lick off any access product :) yum! Will definitely be repurchasing this in the future!

I recently made my first Lush purchase today and bought the Lush Mint Julips lip scrub along with the ultrabalm. I suffer from dry lips all year around probably because I don't drink enough water, but I always notice my lips are a lot worse in these winter months. I was quite skeptical of trying this product as I have tried many lip balms and tried the vaseline trick and rubbing off the dead skin but have never found something amazing like this product before! First the packaging is so cute and you can easily fit it in your handbag. Also, I love how natural and preservative free this product is. I don't have to worry about placing products on my lips that I can't even pronounce or know what the ingredients are. When I first opened the little jar I was abit scared of dipping my finger in to pick up the product as it is of the same consistency as castor sugar. I thought that the product would dissolve on my fingers or go everywhere and make a mess, but I found the product quite easy to pick up by dabbing my finger and rubbing along my lips. I also love how exfoliating the product is and the smell and after taste is very yummy! My lips definitely felt soft after using this product twice and will continue to keep buying from Lush. I am absolutely in love with their products!

I have used this for about a year and I love it so much, of course I have the bubblegum flavoured one.

First of all this lip scrub tastes, smells and does an amazing job at scrubbing my flaky uneven lips. I always use this when I am about to apply lipstick to make sure I get all the rough edges off so my lipstick has a smooth base to be applied on to.

I find it gentle enough to use daily and it hasn't at all hurt my lips. The price is really great too!

Doh! Silly me got my lips windburnt and they looked and felt shocking :( I vaguely remembered reading reviews for this Lip Scrub and headed to BR to jog my memory. After reading the overwhelming positive response I headed to the Lush store (hiding my lips as I went!). I chose the Bubblegum and applied in the car before I left the carpark. I must admit I was a little dubious about the bubblegum flavour but it is actually really yummy. So yummy that it is a good thing that you are encouraged to lick it off because I really don't know how you could stop yourself from doing it! The texture is surprisingly fine considering how great a job it does at exfoilating and you only need a small amount to cover both lips. Even after reading all the reviews here I was really surprised at how well this worked. After just one use all the rough skin was removed and after a day my lips were in much better condition than before they were burnt. I would definitely recommend to anyone who has very dry or peeling lips.

For the price I think it's great. It's pretty gritty so that's good. Iv used others that are a bit harsher which I prefur but this one I keep in my purse. I love this because you can lick it up after, none of my other ones do that so for that reason alone I love this. Anything from lush is great(:

I love most products from Lush and the lip scrub is no exception. It works really well to exfoliate my lips and I generally use it before wearing lipstick because it helps to smooth my lips and makes the lipstick go on nicer. This product is good value for money and lasts ages because you only need to use it once a week.

I am in total love with this lip scrub! Works perfectly. i apply before I put my Lippy on and it makes the application so much easier on smooth lips. I have a real problem with dry cracked lips so i tended to stay away from wearing lip sticks, BUT now i don't need to worry about it. I just put a little on scrub into both my top and bottom lip and lick/wipe off. I then don't have to be self conscious all day about how my lips are looking dryness wise.

I love my lippy but find my lips get super try and peel, making me feel less than girly! I heard about this product so thought I'd give it a go and haven't looked back since. I use the mint julips and it leaves your lips feeling absolutely AMAZE. Soft, fresh and a great minty after taste. Perf! I no longer have the problem of peeling - I put this on when I'm in the shower, followed by lucas paw paw and voila - lush lips :) xxx
