Lush Lip Scrub Review

My lips get super dry when I use my whitening toothpaste so this stuff is amazing for getting rid of flakiness on my lips. I generally just pop on little bit and rub it all over until my lips feel hot. It always leave my lips feeling smooth and lovely, perfect if you want to wear lipstick over top! I bought the bubblegum flavour and it is admittedly so delicious I may just lick it off my lips afterwards. So cheap too! Nice one Lush.

Initially I was like... Just use a tooth brush! Bt then after trying the delicate exfoliating texture of this product, I was pleasantly surprised that my lips improved in texture and in color. It contains a smoothing essential oil as well that leaves a very light sheen on the lips for an all round natural goodness finish. The happy ending? Well, once you're done, you just lick off the sugary crumble, which is just so yummy. Certainly not the kind of product you'll forget to use,

I bought the bubblegum flavour because I have a sweet tooth, and the smell is divine. I am not a huge fan of lip products that you have to use your finger for, and it can be a tad messy if you use too much, but the pros way outweigh the cons.

It made such a huge difference to my lips after the first couple of applications, and now I take it everywhere with me! I use it as well as lip balm and my lips have never felt better!

I used to have really dry, chapped lips (thanks to my work AC), but now they are the best they have looked in such a long time! Thanks Lush!

I use this once a day, and it keeps my lips soft, avoids dry/chapped lips and tasty soooo yummy. Followed up with lip balm I have wonderfully soft lips and the tasty bubblegum is to die for. so much goodness in one little pot

Lip scrubs are one of those things I tend not to think about until my lips are feeling yuck and are in some serious need of TLC. Lush's Lip Scrubs taste so amazing that they help to put this on my radar on a regular basis, and I've now made this part of my weekly Sunday night pampering ritual. Pop some on with your fingertip, rub your lips together and then lick it off - all in the name of beauty? What's not to love!

I've tried two of the Lush Lip Scrubs - Cola and Bubblegum, and liked them both. I think cola was my favourite as I don't drink coca cola because it's too intense but this little bit of flavour was just the right amount of sweetness.

I loved this so much and such a little goes a long way. This smells so good but tastes a bit artificial but it does the job. This lasted a long time untill my younger sister are the whole lot.

I currently have 3, two were birthday presents and one was a "I need the santa one because it's my favourite" kind of thing.

I love this products, yes you can make your own with olive oil and brown sugar, but they just don't smell/taste as good as these do! The pot is a good size and will last you a long time.

Like all Lush products this lip scrub smells good enough to eat and this time you actually CAN eat it. Often a little will go a long way but putting on excess means you'll get to lick off any extra bits of sugar :D Applying a bit onto your lips and using your fingers to rub it in not only gets the oils absorbed into your lips but also does a great job of exfoliating and getting rid of the dead skin cells that are left due to chapping of the lips, you can really tell it works because of the tingly feeling left afterwords.

The Lush lip scrub is a little treat for lips that has impressive results.

I always make sure I don’t put a general face exfoliate on my lips but then find that they do miss out.

I simply apply on my lips using my finger and then rub my lips together before washing it off.

The yummy flavours are great if you prefer to just lick it off too.

It’s a nice way to treat your lips between balms/lipsticks.

I have tried both the bubblegum and the popcorn scrubs from Lush. Both are yummy, and the smell/taste is the only difference. While you could make your own lip scrub for cheap, the Lush one does what its meant to, lasts forever, and smells and tastes amazing, so it's definitely worth the price. The only con is having to use your finger to get the product out, but this isn't a problem unique to the Lush lip scrubs!
