This year I've been getting into caring for my hands. My hands are dry especially after doing dishes alot. I recieved this in my Lush box called Mum. It was one of the first things I opened.
Typically lush containers come in black tubs. This container is secure enough to take traveling with me. I got a small tub. This formula is smooth and white. This scent packs a strong neroli kick. About as strong as Karma cream that I previously tried.
I find it easy to lather across my body and skin. I like to apply it after a shower or when I can see my hands are getting dry. I think this cream is priced fairly being made from natural products and especially being cruelty free.
Overall I think this formula was great for my skin. My skin felt hydrated after using this. A small tub lasted me a little over a month with frequent use.I would definitely buy it again as a strong pick me up for my skin.
I was lucky enough to receive this in a Christmas gift pack. I love hand creams, my hands need lots of TLC, they are either exposed to farm life, in the garden or washed and dried a million times a day which dries them out a lot. Luckily over the summer months they aren't too bad just dry but no massive cracks like they can get.
This came in a 45g pot which is smaller than the standard size. I love the black Lush pots they aren't fancy but they do the job.
As soon as I unscrew the lid I get the neroli scent, which is like a peppery floral scent with a touch of citrus. I slather the thick White cream on my hands and rub and rub and squish and smoosh until i think it's absorbed, because it leaves such an oily film on your hands you think you haven't rubbed it in properly and I only use a pea sized amount.
Another thing I don't like about this is I can't take it with me in my handbag as in scared the cream will leak. I much prefer a tube for my bag. I will use what's left but won't repurchase as it leaves the oily residue and i can't take it with me.
