They are so much fun, and smell amazing! Sweetie pie is no exception to that, BUT as others have mentioned after you use it a couple of times in the shower it does tend to have bits and pieces falling off and crumbling. I really like jess_davis tip of turning this into a shower gel by breaking it up, putting it into a bottle and adding a bit of water, I might try that next time. Last time I mushed it up, and kept it in its original tub using a small amount at a time on a loofah which seemed to work okay rather than losing half of it down the drain. Regardless, I will still continue to buy lush shower jelly's, as they smell divine and are too hard to stay away from :P

Lush Shower Jelly Sweetie Pie
Sweet and sophisticated fruitiness.
Lashings of blackcurrant and bergamot essential oils in a sour cherry and coconut jelly make this about as fruity as you can get. It is incredibly difficult to resist taking a spoonful.
Instead, take a handful and smooth it over your hair and body. Passing strangers will smell you and find their minds wandering to fruit pastilles.

I tried the Whoosh version of this unique Lush Shower Jelly, which is a green wobbly jelly with a fresh lemony scent (and no sparkles, unlike the Sweetie Pie version). It lathers up nicely, and as you apply it to your skin, the jelly starts to melt. The smell isn't too strong but leaves a light lingering scent. This is a super fun product to treat yourself or a friend to, and I'm sure would also be a hit with kids.
Tips: Pop the entire jelly out of the pot to use like a bar of soap, rather than struggling to break off smaller bits. You can even chill the jelly prior to use if your skin is in special need of a cool down.
I adore the smell of Sweetie pie and love how the smell lingers. I think it is a fun product and I love the sparkles. It makes my bathroom smell devine. I think it lasts well enough as long as you don't leave too much water in with it otherwise it tends to dissolve.
I am a self-confessed Lush addict , so when I first found out about this product awhile ago , I had to try it ! The colour is so eyecatching and is filled with generous helpings of glitter throughout . Sweetie Pie smells good enough to eat ! You only need the smallest amount each shower , so you get many uses from one pottle ! The only downside with this product is , as many others had mentioned , that it can crumble quite a lot after a few uses . I continue to repurchase this product though as its just gorgeous .
Tips: Keep in the fridge so it doesnt melt :)
I was really excited to try this product. The first time I used it I was really disappointed. It was so hard to use as you can't grab it to put it on the flannel or in your hand. When you went to rub it in it would just roll off you. The only good thing I can say about this is that it smells amazing but thats about the only thing it has going for it.
Tips: It pays to use a flannel and rub it into the flannel before putting it onto your body!
Lol this was one of the more interesting experiences I've had with soaps! It's awesome, I love it, it's jiggly and squishy, and reminds me of bubblegum. ..and it has GLITTERS in it... It doesn't feel like it gives a real "deep clean" though, so not too great on it's own after a hard day of working I'd say, but apart from that, I like the smell and the weirdness of it. It's definitely odd, but that's what's so great!
I recently received this product in the mail and straight away rushed to the shower to try it out. I'm not a huge fan of cherry but the smell of cherry and coconut was very pleasant. I lathered it up all over and then washed it off once I was dried off I smelt my skin expecting to smell like the jelly but the smell did not stay sadly. Other than that I was very pleased with the out come of the product as it was the second time I've tried it and the first time it melted away in the shower.
Lush products are a often a hit & miss situation for me. On the one hand some of them smell divine, they look beautiful & they make me feel so wonderful when I use them.
On the other hand some of them smell dreadful, don't really do anything for me & I end up throwing them away. This product takes a few things from the hit list & a few things from the miss list.
First of all - the scent. This smells like heaven in a little plastic pot. I can't get enough of it, I want to bottle it as a perfume just so I can smell it all day. It smells just like "You snap the whip" which is my favourite Lush product.
I've found the easiest way to use this product is to pull a small piece off (quite tricky to do) and work it into a loofah. Using it as a whole just results in a very frustrating shower with a lot of time spent picking a ball of jelly off the ground!
I also like to use it with exfoliating gloves as it lathers up beautifully.
I definitely feel as though this a novelty product. It's not convenient to use and I end up having to have a longer shower because of it.
It does clean well, it smells incredible, it lathers beautifully but it just takes so darn long! This would be so much better as a shower gel, I would buy it for the rest of my life just for the fragrance alone.
Tips: Use on a loofah or with exfoliating gloves.
I repurchase this through their website on the regular. I love the fragrance that is left lingering on the skin. It is very slippery when wet and find hard to handle at times. Does have slight glitter in it but doesn't trsnsfer to skin. And it doesn't dry my skin out which to me is the main thing.
Tips: Break off small amounts to use each shower.
I really wanted to like this because I adored the smell and I love lush products but it literally fell apart in the shower and was impossible to clean with. It actually is like washing yourself with jelly. I've kept the tub because I love the smell but it's back to good ol' body wash for me.
Tips: Don't purchase if looking for a good clean.
