Lush Vanishing Cream

This is a lovely light moisturizer for anyone with oily/combination to normal skin. When you apply it, it “vanishes” on your skin because it absorbs and moisturizes but doesn’t leave your skin feeling greasy. I’ve been using this at night or under my spf moisturizer off and on for the past couple of months and it hasn’t made my skin break out and the dry areas like my cheeks have been moisturized. Because it absorbs quickly it’s fantastic for layering. It does seem a bit thick when you put your fingers in the pot but as soon as soon as you put it on it absorbs and you’re left with nice moisturized skin and no greasy film. It has a light lavender scent with a hint of rose. It’s a bit pricey but the pots will last you awhile. I definitely would consider repurchasing when the have boxing day sales. I would highly recommend this for teenagers and those with problem skin.

It is great for oily skin and is one of those moisturisers that doesn't feel heavy on your face and is great for night. It smells natural and fresh however it expires quite quickly.

Lovely light cream. Great for combination/oily skin. Helped my pores and kept my acne at bay but I did not feel it provided me with any anti-aging benefits which would have been the icing on the cake.

Okay, i'll start off by saying I love the application of this product, and yes it is very moisturising without being overly oily. However, I have oily/combo and very acne prone skin and scarring. This product, yes works very well as a moisteriser but it did not do anything for my acne or scarring. I was hoping this product would solve all my problems as I struggle finding moisterisers that don't break out my skin, but unfortunately I was disappointed.

I'm always skeptical about non-medicated moisturises leaving my oily skin non-greasy, but Lush's Vanishing Cream really does vanish into the skin.

This lovely, light formula comes in the standard Lush tub, which I can give or take when it comes to packaging. I almost think it would work better in a pump bottle given how the consistency is a lotion as opposed to a thick cream.

I apply a little of this morning and night to my face and neck and love how quickly it absorbs into the skin, leaving it moisturised but non-greasy - success! A little goes a long way so despite the initial hit to the pocket, this is a product which will last a long time. The hint of lavender is soothing and not overwhelming. With my problem skin I was relieved to see this didn't irritate it at all and my skin remained clear and safe from breakouts!

This is a lovely moisturiser for those wanting something lightweight and a natural moisturiser. I probably wouldn't repurchase at full price but if it was on sale I would.

Unfortunately, this product is not stable for my skin as I have very sensitive skin and found my skin reacted to it. It made my skin sting and go red. I brought this product as I have oily acne probe skin and I thought I would try something more natural as all the other products I had tried failed to help me with my acne. I found there was no difference to my skin, although I only used it for a week due to the reaction I had. The cream had a nice smooth texture, but I found it a bit thick. I could definitely smell the lavender in the cream and the cream had a real scenty, flowery smell. I found this product was quite expensive, although their is a fair amount in the pottle so I imagine it will last a long time.

For me this was a very expensive pot just for a 45g moisturizer. I mainly brought this because I've read reviews online where they said it got rid of their facial scars which i have heaps of on the forehead and yeah, I didn't notice any difference. It felt very light and soft which was great but to me it just didn't make much different to my complexion.
