Mac lipsticks are amazing!!! I own a lot of lipsticks and the ones I always go to are the MAC ones and I know they are going to last a much longer time and add moisture to the lips. I use velvet teddy on a daily basis and there's not one thing I can fault on this. I apply it first thing in the morning and touch up around lunch time. They smell fantastic! I cant wait to buy more!!!!! I want them all!

Tips: Give your lips a good scrub before use and use a lip liner for a longer staying power.
My first time purchasing a MAC lippy was an awesome experience. There are so many colours. I went quite safe to start with kinda sexy whch has turned into my favourite. It goes on so smoothly and has great staying power. The vanillary smell is just so yummy. I cant wait to purchase more MAC lippys.
I got the "Rebel" lipstick and instantly fell in love with it. The colouring was great and it smelled good. I got a heap of compliments the first time I wore it about how nice it looked on my skin tone. I would recommend MAC Lipsticks to anyone who likes a nice lipstick
Now I'm actually not a huge fan of Mac products. I refuse to touch their foundations and have issues with their shadows. But their lipsticks are utterly amazing. A girlfriend of mine urged me to give them a chance and I've never looked back. I use Ruby Woo regularly. Its the perfect matte red. As with all mattes ensure that you scrub and moisturizer your lips properly before popping one of these on as they can be a little drying. I recently became an owner of Flat Out Fabulous which is also a retro matte but a beautiful fucisa colour. I'm looking forward to wearing this in the winter for a pop of colour. Their satin colours are pigmented and comfortable to wear. They leave a nice stain if you don't touch up. I'm not actually a fan of the smell as I prefer my lippies to be unscented but that is just personal preference. Their pigmentation and staying power makes up for the vanilla smell.
Ive only recently joined the Mac bandwagon. I received 2 MAC lipsticks for Christmas and I love them! I have the colours Velvet teddy in a matte finish and Angel in a frost finish. Velvet teddy is a perfect dark nude! I love wearing it on a day to day basis and I had to go out and buy another one as I know this colour is hard to come by! Angel is a perfect light pink when I feel like wearing a wee bit of colour I love the frost finish and it keeps my lips very hydrated! Can't wait to try out some more colours, the price of $40 for a lipstick is quite high but in the long run its worth it!
Tips: Buy velvet teddy if you ever come across it at a MAC store! they always sell out of this colour very quickly!
I only started using MAC lipsticks just under a year a go and I love them. The colour snob I love it. Its a colour that I can wearing during the day and at night. This lipstick doesn't leave my lips feeling dry or gross. The colour stays on really well. I love this colour and would buy it again and again. Its my go to lipstick.
Tips: If live in NZ by them through US store and have them shipped here through Youshop. SO much cheaper.
I currently own three MAC lipsticks, fanfare, rebel and sin. I love the formulas and find they actually do last nicely, especially since I save them for going out so they are quite durable. They can be a bit pricey but I think it's totally worth it!
Tips: Take the plunge and buy one!
...until I splashed out and bought one. I own a Mac lipstick in the shade Plumful. And now I am hooked!
Plumful is a plum shade (funny that) that isn't too bright, dark or in your face. It is a great autumn shade.
I love the size and packaging of these lipsticks; they are a sleek design that fits easily into makeup storage, a handbag or a travel bag.
MAC lipsticks are amazing to wear. They glide on smoothly and feel silky when on. The colour lasts a reasonably amount of time but I still find it wears off reasonably quick (for the price) and that is the only negative of this product for me. This can be solved by reapplying throughout the day (but I'm a wee bit lazy when it comes to that).
That being said I would definitely recommend this product simply for the variety of colours available and how nicely they apply.
Tips: Use a lip scrub prior to applying for an even smoother application!
Duty free at Auckland Airport has a MAC store - a great place to buy a lipstick if you haven't tried one before as they are a wee bit cheaper!
Mac Matte Lipstick in the shade 'Candy Yum Yum' is one of my all time faves! This bright pink is a stand out shade that makes your lips pop! I always get comments when I wear it and am gutted that I have now run out. This lipstick is super long wearing and withstands most occasions of eating and drinking so is perfect for a day to day look or a popping colour for a night time look.
Tips: Don't leave your lipstick in a hot place because it can melt - sad times! Make sure your lips are smooth and hydrated because this lipstick is super matte and hides nothing!
I first received a Mac lipstick on Christmas , Ruby Woo was name. Immediately I fell in love , it was hassle free when applying the product to my lips. The colour was long lasting, flawless and the smell is so amazing. Only down side is I heard they test on animals not sure if that's true, but I prefer cruelty free products more so Ruby woo is my last Mac lipstick I'm ever going to have. Mac lipsticks are a good quailty product though, but are extremely costly.
