Mariah Carey Luscious Pink, a celebrity endorsed fragrance by Mariah Carey.. Is it a fragrance I would normally buy? No, probably not! I tend to be a little put off by celebrity endorsed fragrances, as I'm more interested in the certain smell of the fragrance.
However, I was gifted this for my birthday and I have to say I loved the bottle. So pretty and feminine, with it's pink bottle and beautiful butterfly on the top.
I'm such a girly girl and I adore how this gorgeous, pearly-pink bottle sits on my dresser. This would have to be one of my favourite perfume bottles.
The fragrance is such a lovely mix of slightly citrusy smells and floral notes. It's a feminine, yet subtle smell which is perfect for daytime. The fragrance lasts for approximately 3-4 hours on me. I get compliments whenever I'm wearing this beautiful scent.
After finishing the first bottle that was gifted to me, I brought another as I really adore the fragrance.
What is also great about this fragrance is its very affordable in comparison to other fragrances. I brought my last bottle at Famers and it was approximately $50.
A fantastic fragrance, which I would recommend to anyone who is a girly girl like me and wants a beautiful, subtle and feminine daytime scent.
Once again I saw a flash sale at The Warehouse. Instantly I had my eyes on all their $20 dollar deals. I was deciding between the luscious pink and the orange bottle remix. They smell so delicious. I've always been a fan of Mariah Carey's music. When I heard she was coming to New Zealand I was so exited. This was my next best thing other than being at her concert. Which I missed. So sad lol. I have already used her other smell Forever which is a floral sweet smell. I love the fluorescent shimmer on the bottle itself. It sparkles in the light of day beside my other perfumes. My daughter loves the butterfly lid. It's representative of her Butterfly song. Which all of her fans will know. The smell itself is a sweet soft smelling spray. Is ideal for day time use. I have a 30 ml of this. I plan to purchase more of her fragrances. It has lasted me a few months now with a twice a day application. I like to layer myself with the spray to get a full body smell. Friends and family always compliment me on how nice I smell. I always say what I'm wearing and recommend the ones that have lasted long on me during the day. Price wise I think if you keep your eyes sealed for any sales, go for them. If your looking for a cheap alternative. I no longer use body sprays. I just use all my perfumes in my collection.
