Maybelline Dream Pure BB Cream

I love the Maybelline bb cream for; no-makeup makeup days, or when I want to let my skin breathe without heavy foundation. I have tried out a couple of other bb creams and this is my favourite. It's also super affordable! When I began using it years ago - when I was 17. I applied it with my fingers, which worked fine. These days I use a beauty blender. A small layer applies evenly, smoothing pores and hiding redness and scarring. It does not exaggerate texture, and feels creamy and light. Other bb creams I've tried feel thick and greasy.

You can set it with powder, however I usually leave it bare to allow my skin to breathe. It dries down to a natural-semi matte finish. It also contains salicylic acid, to treat and reduce breakouts, while being worn. Therefore it is good for oily or young skin types. I have combination skin. If you have mature or dry skin, the other bb cream in the pink bottle and satin finish may be a better fit for you.

I bought this BB cream as it was on special at the supermarket. The price is great compared to other brands. This BB cream has SPF which is a must for me. I use it in the mornings instead of moisturiser and foundation when I want a more informal look. The coverage is good. It makes your complexion look very even and it doesn't feel like you're wearing lots of heavy makeup. It lasts all day too and comes off easily for bed time. i would definitely buy this again.

I used to use this product like everyday before i started wearing foundation. I liked the way it evened out my complexion but looked so natural. The SPF was low at 15 but was good for daily use when not in the sun all day (im fair skinned and burn easily). It is hydrating and easy to use. I would always set this with powder as a have oilier skin.

This is a low to medium coverage tinted moisturiser, so I didn't expect it to work as a full cover foundation. However, I expected it to keep my skin matte and oil free which it did not.

My biggest complain is that this range doesn't come in warm shades. There are 5 shades and they all have pink undertones. So disappointing. Secondly, even if it is advertised for oily skin, this makes the skin oilier.

I love all the Maybelline BB creams. If you are like me and don't wear foundation everyday but still want some coverage you need this BB cream. I have acne prone skin and have tried a few other BB creams but I always end up getting breakouts. It's lightweight and has pretty good coverage and it's affordable.

This one I have not used in a few years. But I have purchased it again and I am pleased to say that it is just as good now as it was back then. I really struggle to find BB creams or foundations that don't look cakey or make me break out. This one was great.

I would love to try the other one in the pink tube and may do so once this has run out.

Love this BB cream. It's great value for money and feels silly on the skin. I find it runs out of the tube quickly sometimes as is quite a thin mix but still covers amazingly and without too much blending which makes it super quick to use.

I use this BB Cream everyday - either alone (if I'm in a hurry), or under foundation to make it last better. It evens out my skin tone (I am prone to redness and this helps with that), hides shine, and generally makes me feel a bit better about my face. 10/10 would reccomend
