I have only just tried baby lips. I found a twin pack on sale for a few dollars and thought why not. Now I know why I have heard such good things. I am obsessed. I have been using them morning and night since I got them. My lips aren't dry or chapped at all. The packaging is good. You can easily use these with one hand while doing something else. The two I have (peach and a clear) don't appear to be overly fragranced. They just provide a nice smooth finish to the lips with a light wash of colour and a soft sheen.
The packaging is eye catching and funky but the overall product is pretty average. I found it easy to apply but doesn't last long
I purchased a few of these to try them but I don't see the hype over them. They smell good but they do not moisturise my lips which have now become very dry because of the cold. I have to re-apply this product constantly. I do love the stained coloured ones which give a cute lip colour.
Tried baby lips a year ago and have just run out of it! My lips were starting to crack because of the winter so I have repurchased another and I love it! Definitely my go to lip balm. It feels so silky on my lips. I do have to reapply it often to keep my lips moisturised which I don't mind as it smells yummy!
Tips: Reapply often if really dry cracked lips and it will work!
I felt like these didn't hydrate my lips at all, just made them look like it while the balm was on, but they do smell great. The tinted ones do give a nice colour, but for a lip balm it just doesn't do what it says. Unfortunately I won't be buying these again unless it's a lip balm emergency.
I have been using baby lips for some time now, its the only lip balm that i have taken such care of that i haven't lost it and have used the whole entire tube. Winter time is horrible for my lips, they dry out so bad and being guilty of licking my lips they dry out even more. Baby lips is terrific at maintaning soft lips, but also being flu season means cold sores for this unlucky reviewer. I got a cold sore recently so naturally i stoped using this lip balm as i didnt want to agrivate it. My lips got increadibly dry in this time (a friend even commented that i had dry toothpaste around my mouth, but it was just my dry lips) so once my cold sore was gone i was into intensive recovery for my dry flaky kissers. I was applying baby lips up to five times a day and smothering it on before bed, but it just wasn't doing the job. I continued to do this for a couple of weeks but had to switch to another product to fix my lips. I will definatly still use baby lips, but overall i found it's better at maintaning soft hydrated lips than fixing dry desperate lips.
This product is great on price. I have been putting off buying this product due to its price but after trying the lip balm I can definitely say it is a great product to have in the handbag or purse. I carry it on me all the time especially in winter. I am always getting dry lips and on the go so when I need a quick fix I apply the baby lips lip balm.
The title says it all, really! I find these to be more nourishing and effective than any other balm I have tried. I love the scents available too (current favorite is Mango Pie). For me these are perfect for having in my bag/using throughout the day.
I love baby lips I have about 4 in my flat because i take one everywhere i go. They don't make your lips thirsty so once they have been repaired you don't need to use constantly to keep them nice. They don't really have a taste which i see as a good thing. The tinted ones also work really well and are nice shades.
Tips: Don't leave in the sun or the warm as will melt
