Maybelline Baby Lips Review

I'm a fan of these for occasional use - like when I see it in my handbag and go - oh yeah ! I'll put some of that on (usually use the lucas paw paw or blistex) I love the mango pie one and the packaging appeals to me. I didn't find any noticeable difference when using this product, though it is easy to apply and tastes and smells yummo ! I've used the antioxidant berry , cherry and mango pie Nice for a little pick me up :)

It's a nice alternative to the typical Vaseline kinda of lip balm. The packaging is cute and the lip balm itself is pretty good. It actually doesn't last that long for me. But I'm fine with reapplying throughout the day quiet a lot

This is always in my purse and I always have one at home before I put lipstick on

This lip barm is so nice its super moisturising and it smells amazing, i love that it has heaps of different scents to choose from , its cheap, and its small enough to carry in your pocket

I bought one of these on a whim at the supermarket one day after hearing constant hype about these lip balms and how great they are. I was very very skeptical of this product, I was expecting it to be cheap and nasty and make my lips feel terrible. My lips seem to be very sensitive and are constantly chapped, the only lip balms I've found that work for me are very natural type ones with no nasties/no petroleum etc, so you can see why I was hesitant.

The packaging is very bright and fun, I chose mine in 'Mango Pie' as I was looking for one with no tint. It smells (and tastes) amaaazing, glides on really smoothly and leaves my lips soft! I'm sure its not made of 100% natural ingredients however I was very pleasantly surprised by this lip balm and I actually love it! I find its the perfect balm to prime my lips with before lipstick. :)

Basically I used my baby lips for about a week before my 5 year old son stole it off me, and I couldn't bear to wrestle it back off him after I let him use it for his chapped lips! Only used it for a week, and it was pretty good. Loved the packaging and the smell, but my lips were incredibly chapped and it didn't make a lot of difference to them. I feel that it would work really well as a daily treatment for maintenance, but I wasn't really impressed with its healing properties.

I'm going to continue to buy it for my son though, we live on a farm and I think its important that he learns to look after his skin especially with spending so much time outdoors.

I have read quite a few rave reviews of the BabyLips lip balms here on Beauty Review and even though I saw that there were a few negative reviews i thought I would try it out anyway.

Well to get right to it I really would not buy this again. I bought the pink Lolita balm a week ago but have noticed no difference in how moisturised my lips feel. Also the moisture that it provides lasts no where near 8 hours. It's a bit more like 1 hour.

The only good things I can say about this lip balms are that it smells amazing and fruity and I do quite like the tint it gives you when you apply it. Also the packaging is really pretty, which is probably another reason I bought it

I actually find that my Blistex balms do a much better job. I will continue to use this until it runs out but I don't think I will be buying again.

I kind of expected more from this product, I found it didn't really moisturise my lips like it said it would, I find it doesn't last very long on my lips either. I probably wouldn't buy this product again but if I was given it I'd still use it.

The flavours/scents are to die for! My personal favourite 'quenched' - the baby blue and pink. These are very nice and feel great when you first put them on. But in terms of the long lasting hydration, these aren't the greatest. I found that after applying, my lips did stay hydrated and soft for a little while, but definitely not the 8 hours that they state.

have tried all of the flavours, and the best by far is the pink and blue tube. smells amazing and gave my lips alot of moisture. Plus, im sure it gave me bit of a plumping look. i know it doesnt have that effect. but i have multiple tubes every where! bag, car, work etc.
