I really love how this gives my lips a subtle pop of colour, although it definitely does not last on my lips for very long. I also find that it isn't as moisturising as some other lip balms that I have used as this is quite a thin formula.

Tips: The Warehouse tends to sell this quite a bit cheaper than elsewhere, or purchase from Farmers when they have a 'Buy 2 Get 1 Free' promotion running.
When I first tried this product I was blown away by how soft and smooth my lips felt. However I started to notice that after wearing Baby Lips, my lips would be so dry by the end of the day that chunks of skin would come off. While the product is not right for me, I do like the smell and taste of Baby Lips. It is not over powering and doesn't taste like soda pop.
It's pretty moisturising but slides everywhere. It's good but not ground breaking. Most of them don't have colour and with some you have to be careful because they may leave a white film over your lips and may make you look a tad sick. The flavours/scents are nice and I think it would be the biggest selling point of this product. Love the packaging too.
I used to pick up baby lips all the time! It was my go to. I always had to have one in the skirt pocket of my uniform and it did the job really nicely.
They had a nice array of flavours to choose from I've just dug mine out for the purpose of this review and I have mango pie. I think I had a couple of different flavours before this one but can't quite remember which ones. These are super affordable and do the job. They have typography down the entire tube saying 'baby lips' my particular one is yellow and pink. The packaging is really cute and eye catching.
The formulas okay, it glides on nicely and isn't sticky or anything. It's clear when applied. The smell isn't over powering and disappears after a couple of seconds. However I personally didn't find it very hydrating and found I was reapplying constantly during the day. If I used before bed however it lasted nicely and my lips felt really moisturised when I woke up.
I probably wouldn't buy again, not because they aren't good but I feel like I have outgrown baby lips and have found myself reaching for other lip balms. This is a great pick up and go if I was ever in desperate need for a lip balm but didn't want to buy an expensive one if it was just to last me the day.
I do enjoy the fruity flavour of this lip balm and it does help to relieve sore lips, however I find that after a few hours it clumps up on my lips and in the corners of my mouth. I prefer to use an ointment based product on my lips. However it is very easy to carry around in a handbag which is a plus.
Baby Lips is an okay lip balm, yes, but they are nothing special. I think these are way too hyped compared to the quality. I just see them as tinted lip balms and i do not really see them as anything special at all. I have had three now and it is still not in my purse yet.
The packaging is fun and vibrant but the formula is very average. Both the formula and fragrance remind me of the Lip Smacker lip balms that were all the craze back in my tween years. They do not provide much hydration to my lips and nowhere near provide 8 hours of moisture. Because of the heavy fragrance I find that I cannot use these if my lips are dry as the formula stings. Even when my lips are in good condition this is not a lip balm that I can use to maintain the health of my lips as eventually they will make my lips itchy and break my out in eczema.
I've heard so many raves about Maybelline Baby Lips, so when I was at the last Big Bucket Sale I purchased one.
The container is like any other lip balm I have used, it has nice bright colours and writing on it which makes it stand out a little bit more than a standard lip balm would.
They have some yummy scents to choose from but I chose the strawberry smelling scent. It really smelt nice and was pleasant to use.
It glided on like other lip balms do, so not really surprised there, the formula was nice, soft and smooth.
Did it provide moisture to my lips? It provided a little but because I have super dry lips, it didn't really give me those moisturising properties that my lips scream out for. Its nice if you just want a little moisture on your lips but not so good if you get dry, chapped ones like me.
All in all, its like any other lip balm I've used so hard to get excited about it. Sorry for lack of pizazz in this review lol xx
I have been using several of these balms for about 2 years now. I love how the light pink and bright pink go on kind of clear then adjusted to my lip colour but better. I don't know how it does that but it does. I've got 1 in a few of my hand bags so they're always on hand. The only downer is my lips feel dry after a hour or 2 but I just put more on cause I love the colour
My lips were nice and soft after using this item, a little goes a long way as well. I got mango and the smell was pretty weird but still ok to use. The packaging was super cute and I paid $2 from pak n save on special for it so was a good wee score. The item is pretty durable, has lasted ages in my bag and soothes my lips when the start cracking.
