This balm did not moisturise my lips. I mean, not at all. I read so many great reviews, so maybe my expectations were too high, but the product just felt claggy, sat on top of my lips and, if anything, actually dried them out. (I do have dry lips, but my Carmex soothes and moisturises them out almost as I'm applying it.) I used the Berry Crush colour, which looked appealing in the tube, but even that didn't work for me; it might have been because it was sitting like a gluggy coating on my lips, but the tint looked sort of garish, not the warm berry colour I was expecting. Needless to say, I will never be buying that again!

Baby Lips is yet another simple lip balm, targeted toward a younger market, however when it first came out it was quite popular... I recall security devices at the checkout.
Unfortunately, I find that it is one of those lip balms which dries your lips if you don't use it every 5 minutes, definitely NOT 8 hours of moisturised lips. The smell is also closer to glue than the fruity scent it was going for (I believe it was Orange).
I liked the initial feeling of this Maybelline Baby Lips on my lips, but found they dried out again pretty quickly and so I had to keep applying it, which then made my lips irritated. I wouldnt use it again :(
I was really excited when I first brought this product, wondering what the big fuss was about. However, wasn't convinced it was worth the price and felt unsatisfied after using for over a week. Ended up giving it away
Baby Lips smell good and look cute and that's about it. I do not find these that moisturising and the caps always fall off which makes the product go all funny. The only ones I have liked is the 'Glow' version in 'Baby Pink' and 'Hot Pink' over the top of lip balm for an extra tint
Tips: Spend your money elsewhere
I didn't like Baby Lips lip balm at all. It did make my lips soft but it didn't last long. If I didn't reapply within 2 or 3 hours, my lips were cracked and really sore. I was really disappointed and wont be using Baby Lips again.
I brought this "lipbalm" almost a year ago.....and have used it maybe half a dozen times. The packaging is cute and it smell sensational but that is all. And those are not even good points because the scent quickly vanishes and who really cares what it looks like in the packet? At first it leaves your lips soft and subtle...or should I say greasy and sticky? probably the latter. Anyway within an hour my lips felt dry and slightly cracked, not 'baby soft' at all. I brought this for $1 at pak 'n' save so cant really complain. overall, def not for me...will prob sit in my hand bag for another year without being touched.
I got one of these when they first came out as I had heard about them on youtube. The packaging was cute and with a name like baby lips I was expecting this to be very moisturising. All it did was dry out my lips, I scraped the top layer off so I could give it to a friend, she also experienced her lips being extremely dry so unless they have changed the formula I will not repurchase
Not good if you have sensitive skin, my lips didn't like this at all. The blue one makes your lips super pink though!
It does not leave your lips hydrated, put it on and it feels like a oily mess, the smell is sickening and smells of playdoh it did not fix my chapped lips.
