Maybelline Baby Lips Review

Love the smell and taste of baby lips! Each of them have different tastes etc. I'll always have at least 2 baby lips floating around. My absolute fav gives my lips a little bit of colour so I don't need any lippy. Looks amazing on! Also it moisturises my lips great!!.

Basically I used my baby lips for about a week before my 5 year old son stole it off me, and I couldn't bear to wrestle it back off him after I let him use it for his chapped lips! Only used it for a week, and it was pretty good. Loved the packaging and the smell, but my lips were incredibly chapped and it didn't make a lot of difference to them. I feel that it would work really well as a daily treatment for maintenance, but I wasn't really impressed with its healing properties.

I'm going to continue to buy it for my son though, we live on a farm and I think its important that he learns to look after his skin especially with spending so much time outdoors.

This smells amazing and the product packaging makes it look really nice - and it did moisturise my lips, but only for about half an hour before i needed to reapply! I do like the coloured ones but I dont like having to reapply so often :(

My lips don't get too dry and if they do, any lip balm can moisturize them so I feel...Maybelline Baby Lips don't really have a challenge! I guess Baby Lips does what it should, smells good (however the smell isn't lasting unless it's mint flavoured), SPF is a plus! However, it isn't AMAZING. It claims to provide moisture for 8 hours but I don't believe it! There will be tonnes of other good lip balms. However I do like the packaging, price, scents and names: Mango Pie, Pink Punch etc.

Maybelline Baby Lips are OKAAAY in that they moisturize my lips, yes, but it isn't totally lasting. I own the shade Mango Pie and, and me being the mango lover I am, didn't notice the strong fruity scent that I was hoping for (it could have just been my tube).

Maybelline Baby Lips' packaging is super cute and practical. The colours are adorable and appealing and the product itself it quite inexpensive - which is one of the main things that draw me in. I don't get crazy chapped lips so I, like many consumers out there, simply want a cheap product that provides me with adequate moisture.

A good plus to this is that it has SPF. Sun protected lips is what everybody should want! Overall: Maybelline Baby Lips isn't AMAZING - it's just okay. It is a good chapstick/lip balm if you are looking an inexpensive drugstore tube that can fit into your pocket on-the-go. The minty scents in the range are particularly strong so if you are a mint fan, those are for you. Baby Lips have a good selection of flavours and shades (as some are tinted) and usually up the design of their packaging a lot - frequently releasing new flavours of balm.

I have bought quite a few of these. They're great products to have in your pocket or handbag. I find if I keep reapplying it's great. It doesn't last all day but for the price it doesn't need to!

If you love a sweet smelling lip balm this is a definite must try! The ones that change to the best shade for your lips are quite cool on a neutral make-up day also!

Instantly moisturises but have to reapply frequently if your lips are super chapped or dry. It's good for just a little moisture boost every now and then especially if your lips haven't gotten very dry yet. Doesn't really reduce the lines/wrinkles on your lips in 7 days as promised, but does a decent job and has a nice subtle glossy effect. ALSO all the different shades/flavours are delicious!

Baby lips is definitely one of the better lip balms out there and does smell delish! But like most lip balms out there, they don't last that long and you end up having to reapply every 20 minutes. My lips did feel a lot softer and rejuvenated, cracks in my lips appeared fixed within a day. The yummy scent is the best feature, a lot of other lip balms do not smell that great, this one smelt so yum whilst also providing a tonne of moisture. Another plus was that it was extremely affordable and you can purchase from the supermarket making it very handy!

Love how cute and compact it is! Smells yum and great selection. Only negative it kind of has a greasy feel on your lips, but you do feel like your lips are moisturised, it does leave your lips soft and lasts for ages. Very affordable too.

For the scent, packaging and effectiveness, Maybelline Baby Lips is great value for price.

The highlights of this product are its scent and cute packaging. I recommend this for casual to frequent use, if you have lips that are not prone to dryness.

Although this balm isn't as effective a conditioner as others, the scents and packaging are throughout the Baby Lips range are pleasant. This lip balm is moderately effective and not recommended for sensitive/damaged lips. The balm is not greasy or too heavy.The balm still leaves my lips soft and with a natural glossed look, but may not be effective enough for others.

Overall, I'm glad with my purchase. I bought the Mixed Berry scent and I just might collect them all.

I have had three of these, I currently own two limited editions (Peppermint and Grape Vine) which came in a two pack.I also had Mango Pie as well which ran out a year ago. These lip balms left my lips feel nice and moisturised and have a nice smell. I also love the fact the Peppermint one has SPF in it, while grape one has a nice purple tint which is a bonus. Although, it has kinda lost it's smell a little bit, not as strong as it was. Plus it's claim to stay for 8 hrs does not hold up, it lasts a lot less and needs reapplying after a couple of hrs.
