I remember the hype of this. I rushed to try it,and it turned out to be very underwhelming. It's not bad it just does not live up to other products like it.

For the price of this product it’s definitely worth trying compared to some brands that are a lot more expensive. However for myself I just didn’t really like this product and I never reach for it anymore. I’m very self conscious of my large pores and just wanted them to be gone! It kind of works but my foundation didn’t agree with it it almost wouldn’t stick to the areas that I put the primer or it would roll around on top of my skin. I found it to be a little oily which I also didn’t like. I didn’t like applying it to my nose and my foundation went funny on top of it. Sometimes I would use it by itself on a no makeup day and I didn’t mind the look of it, but I wouldn’t repurchase. I wanted to love this but unfortunately it’s just not for me!
Tips: Make sure you find a foundation that will work with this primer and only use a small amount! You don’t need much.
This works well on my skin and is so smooth on my skin when I apply it, but I get the same effect when I use wipes to clean my skin and then apply a little bit of face cream before applying makeup. So I don't really use this anymore BUT if you prefer primer over cream then I'd use this.
Tips: A little goes a long way, so the price for this little tube is worth it.
I’ve been using this stuff for years I just love the feel of it like the texture and it’s so smooth and it’s really good for under your foundation highly recommended !!!
This makeup primer comes out of the squeeze-y bottle with a translucent appearance. It's not as 'slick' as petroleum jelly, but has a silicone-y slip to it when you rub it between your fingers. It does give a slight blurring effect to the skin. It doesn't absorb into the skin like a moisturizing cream would, but rather it's like a fine thin layer that sits on the skin. It does sit on the skin smoothly, but I found that I don't need it to prep my skin for makeup. To each to their own though, you'd have to try it to see if it works for you.
The name is a bit misleading in my opinion, I have large pores on my face, especially around my nose. The formula is a bit oily, just need a small amount patted into skin. I used foundation on top and it looked like the pores were slightly blurred, but still noticeable. Very reasonable price for a pore treatment.
Tips: Just use a pea sized amount patted into skin.
I always like to have this in my makeup drawer on days where I feel like my pores are HUGE and I just want it to "feel" like they are being blurred, even if they aren't doing the best job. I think this is an average product, it definitely helps to at least feel like its blurred your pores, but since the silicone texture is so slippery, depending on which kind of foundation you use, the blur effect can go away. However it is always worth a try due to the price range, but I would not recommend this to anyone who uses quite a watery foundation.
Tips: It is best to use a small pea sized amount and rub it in, then wait a few minutes before applying foundation
i think the packaging is a bit cartoony and certainly aimed for teens - i am no longer a teen but i cannot pass up "sale" hahahaha.
simple squeezy bottle, i put a bit on my fingers and moosh it around my face. i dont think it instantly erases anything but it feels nice gliding around my skin.
i use bb cream or foundation over top and it applies like normal, i have minimal complaints about that. i cant say i notice the primer increasing the life of the foundation though, and in some places i think it seems to make it worse, like around my nose or mouth.
i wouldn't repurchase this. it's not trash but ive certainly used better!
I have dry skin and I find this primer really works under my Nars foundation. It has a smooth silicone texture and sits nicely on the skin. It doesn't soak in or become sticky. It's my go to primer, every time. I have big pores around my nose and it doesn't cover them completely which is a pain, but as far as a great primer goes, it works fantastic!
I did not enjoy using this product at all. Everyone was raving about it online on how good it was but for me, I find this primer really oily and it makes my foundation to start becoming patchy. Definitely not buying this again.
Tips: Mostly great for non oily skin
