Maybelline Baby Skin Instant Pore Eraser Face Makeup Primer Review

I bought this primer because i have quite obvious pores, it felt nice once applied but found it didnt do a very good job hiding them, it works well on fine lines and wouldn't recommend for a pore eraser. But works great for covering breakouts.

I bought this for a trial use, as i have enlarged pores(i believe they will get larger as we age)It had a strange feeling on the skin, but is was not unpleasant, and i could see a improvement. Value for money is good.

Consistency - This primer has a smooth gel like silicone consistency.

Fragrance - I did not notice any fragrance with this product.

Coverage - Only a small amount of product is required. One tube will last months.

Price - I purchased this product while on sale, however it is still very affordable,

Packaging - I like the packaging of this product it comes in a cute baby blue tube with hot pink writing.

Results - I used this as a primer, I applied this to areas of my face where I have enlarged pores. It allowed my makeup to go on top smoothly. I didn't see any difference in the length of time that my makeup lasted.

Skin type- I have very fair combination, blemish prone skin. I get an oily t zone but other areas of my face often get dry.

Repurchase - I might consider repurchasing this product in the future however there are similar products I would like to try.

Yes please. This cute little puppy comes in a minty blue coloured tube quite a small size thst has a screw tip which is also it's base to stand on. The contents is a almost clear a tad cloudy gel like silicone paste that dispenses easily from the tube. It feels silicone like but goes on velvety and has a very matte feel and how it works is it warms up and instantly diminish the pores so it does as it says pore eraser. I am loving this little cutie. I use it daily it does hold up my makeup but doesn't prevent any slick or oilyness thru the day , which has me wondering how does it keep my makeup on if it does become oily well one thing it does also contribute with being oily is creasing around my nose like build up of makeup so I will need to powder that and smooth the build up out & my t zone does become shiny. Nevertheless I still like this little cute puppy bc it does erase my pores and does ok to hold my makeup for the price I can't complain but also I can't rate it 5 star

I picked this up from The Warehouse a couple months ago when it was on sale for $15, and I'm quite impressed. It doesn't completely do what it says, but for me is quite a good primer to blur away really visible pores.

The packaging is a simple squeeze tube, but easy to go overboard with. As for the consistency, it's a thick translucent gel formula that looks matte out of the tube and on the skin. It has no smell as far as I can tell, which is also good.

You can use this alone to blur pores or under concealer/foundation like I do, I'm not sure if it increases the life of my concealer but it does make it look nicer so I'm happy with that.

Once I'm done with mine I will probably try out other brands, but this is one that I will definitely repurchase sometime as I quite like it.

This is honestly one of the best drugstore primer out in the market for the longest time. This was the first primer I've used as someone really addicted to trying out drugstore products this is one of the products I repurchase and use. It is really good for someone who has a combo skin like me to keep the make up intact for a long time

I have been using this primer for around a month and a half now, and I absolutely LOVE it! I have been a Too Faced Primed and Poreless advocate for years and i thought i would give this a try. I found it at my local supermarket (considering the size, the price didn't impress me much i have to say..), BUT upon trying it on at home, i was AMAZED at how smooth it is. It has a thick and clear consistency that glides on the skin with ease. With almost an oil like slide, it is easy to blend out, and a small amount definitely goes a LONG way- which helps considering the price. It has no scent, which i also like (a lot). I did help with hiding my pores a bit (but not by much), however, i noticed that the longevity of my foundation stayed a lot longer than normal when using this product. I absolutely LOVE it and have repurchased it again since.
