Yes please. This cute little puppy comes in a minty blue coloured tube quite a small size thst has a screw tip which is also it's base to stand on. The contents is a almost clear a tad cloudy gel like silicone paste that dispenses easily from the tube. It feels silicone like but goes on velvety and has a very matte feel and how it works is it warms up and instantly diminish the pores so it does as it says pore eraser. I am loving this little cutie. I use it daily it does hold up my makeup but doesn't prevent any slick or oilyness thru the day , which has me wondering how does it keep my makeup on if it does become oily well one thing it does also contribute with being oily is creasing around my nose like build up of makeup so I will need to powder that and smooth the build up out & my t zone does become shiny. Nevertheless I still like this little cute puppy bc it does erase my pores and does ok to hold my makeup for the price I can't complain but also I can't rate it 5 star

it gives a dry but silky smooth finish and it doesnt really minimise pores , it is my first primer ive ever owned and maybelline is my go to brand. i was verry verry excited to add this to my makeup collection
Tips: use only a little bit when you use it
I picked this up for $10 on sale at countdown....well i'm not impressed with it at all. Doesn't do anything for me, if anything it makes my foundation look worse and sort of sit on top of it. It does give your skin a silky smooth feel but that is about it. It can feel tacky and mask like if you use a bit too much. Not going to continue using it and definately not a great product for me.
Primer is one of those things that we all need but can't bring ourselves to spend that much money on as say a lipstick or an eyeshadow palette because you don't actually see it once it's on. However it is definitely a worthwhile investment as it's essential for keeping your makeup on longer and making it stay where you put it. Because of this I believe that this Maybelline primer is one of the best options out there. Although it doesn't 100% erase your pores like it claims to (cause let's face it, that's impossible) it does give your skin a smooth base to apply your foundation onto. I've used it with a variety of different foundations and it's worked well with all of them. This product is a staple in my makeup bag, and as it's so cheap I believe it will be for months to come.
Tips: Try not too use too much as this product works best with a thin-medium level of coverage. If you use too much your foundation will look cakey.
I use this daily and I seem to have no problem with it. I have really oily dry skin and find a good primer is hard. I like to apply a small amount all over the face and then let it set into my skin for about 5-10 mins before apply maybellines bb cream over the top and then a small amount of foundation on top of that. I don't find my problems with my foundation sliding off during the day it's just a good cheap drugstore product which I've finally restocked on.
I bought a tube of this a while ago off beauty joint. It wasn't too expensive and I really like trying new primers so I thought it would be good to give this one a go.
It comes in a cute looking mint green squeeze tube. If you have the baby lips balm, then you'll know how the writing is in that style. I like it although I'm sure it's marketed for a much younger audience then me! It's not a very big tube at all, only 20mls but you do only need a small amount so it will last a while.
This comes with the very detailed instructions of 'smooth onto areas with visible pores'. I like to use maybe a bit smaller than a pea sized amount. I have rather large pores on my cheeks and I also use it on my chin and forehead. It is a clear silicone type gel and the best way to use it is to pat it into your skin. Since it is for pore filling, you don't need to use it over your entire face, just pat where needed. It's also best if you wait a few minutes before applying your foundation.
I find this does give me a smooth result, not completely poreless but I can see a difference. I find that it doesn't really last all day and I do notice my foundation sinking into my pores in the afternoon.
If this lasted all day, I'd definitely buy it again but I've used better primers so although I'm glad I tried it, I wouldn't repurchase it.
i love this primer!!!! goes on my skin so nicely and really does do what it says.. makes my make up last so much longer and my pores are definitely minimized
Tips: i always warm it up on my finger tips first for a super easy application
I picked this up from The Warehouse a couple months ago when it was on sale for $15, and I'm quite impressed. It doesn't completely do what it says, but for me is quite a good primer to blur away really visible pores.
The packaging is a simple squeeze tube, but easy to go overboard with. As for the consistency, it's a thick translucent gel formula that looks matte out of the tube and on the skin. It has no smell as far as I can tell, which is also good.
You can use this alone to blur pores or under concealer/foundation like I do, I'm not sure if it increases the life of my concealer but it does make it look nicer so I'm happy with that.
Once I'm done with mine I will probably try out other brands, but this is one that I will definitely repurchase sometime as I quite like it.
I picked this up because I wanted to try using a primer, and wanted something cheap. I tried it on my hand in store, and it did a good job at smoothing out fine lines so I went ahead and purchased it. I am very on the fence on this product!
Pros: Definitely minimises pores and fine lines, maybe not as well as other products, but it does a decent job. Works well on the under eye area and is super smooth so perfect for that area of thinner skin (doesn't involve too much rubbing for application). A little goes a long way, so the small tube it comes in lasts for ages. Cute packaging. Easy to use tube for squeezing everything out right to the last drop. Well priced, perfect if you are wanting a low-cost primer. Works well as an eye primer.
Cons Foundation does not go very well over this. Even when I left it for a while to sink in a bit, my foundation did not apply well over top and was really hard to blend. Foundation does not "set" with this. I always apply powder last to give my foundation time to set itself and use the smallest amount of powder possible. My foundation would not set and I would need far too much powder to remove shine. My powder brush ended up wet, and eventually so did my the top layer of my powder. This only happens when I have used this primer.
Tips: Use the smallest amount possible. Only use in the areas that have larger pores (generally around the nose) and fine line areas under the eyes. Don't use all over the face. Use as an eye-primer for all-day eyeshadow wear, it works perfectly!
I find this is a good drugstore product, meaning that it doesn't cost a fortune but it does the job. But it isn't something that I would recommend to everyone. It has quite a silicone feel to it which would only work for those that have dryer skin as I feel it would just slide off an oily complexion. it does a good job at blurring out my pores but I find after an hour or so I found my skin would end up looking patchy if I didn't wear a setting spray over the top, soI use this on days where I am only out for a few hours and don't need a full coverage foundation. I like the cute packaging and a little does go a long way.
