It definitely does not erase my pores - but what product does? I like this primer because it is silky, and my foundation glides on beautifully. Another issue i had was that the hard bits in it are weird, they get stuck in the top so it clogs and is hard to squeeze product out! But for the price I am happy with this prier and I use it daily.

Tips: Dont use it on your nose it makes foundation look oily
It's not bad for the price but it's not amazing. It works best under liquid foundation and helps glide on foundation amazing but alone it's sticky and doesn't really hide visible pores but it does help with fine lines. I recommend it for someone that wants something basic for not a lot of $$$
I brought this after hearing a few hyped reviews not long after it was released, once I got my hands on it I could not wait to use it!
Cute packaging and easy to use, it has quite a sticky silicony feel to the product but does make your skin feel smooth and soft. I don't feel that my foundation applied better or lasted any longer through-out the day.
I think its a good product to try with beginners and to get into practice of using primers but I feel there are much better ones out there in the market.
I picked this up from my local countdown when they were having a sale on Maybelline products, so it only ended up costing about $12 or so, which is good because this product was a horrible disappointment.
First off,I really like the packaging, its cute and colourful. However the tube is quiet small (only 20mls) so I'm quiet glad I got this on sale, can't say I would be that keen on paying $22 for 20 mls of product.
It has a thick gel texture (good if you like silicone based primers), and it didn't have a weird smell to it which I have found other silicone based primers can have. It goes on smoothly. At first glace it didn't look like it did much for my pores, but once I had put a BB cream over top it did minimize my pores.
HOWEVER, this primer did not sink into my skin at all. It sat on my face like a silicone film. I have oily skin so this was not good....It didn't get any better once I put my BB cream on. I could feel my BB cream moving around my face and it was not absorbed into my skin at all. It just sat on top of the primer. Putting eyeliner on did not go very well at all due to the slipperiness of my skin! At least the primer made the the mistakes easy to wipe off!
In order to get my make up to stay in place I had to set it with a powder and setting spray. Normally I will just use a setting spray and I am good to go.
I have the NYX photo loving primer and will continue to use that over this primer, its a similar price, you get more product and it actually works on my skin! I'm passing this on to a friend with drier skin so hopefully this will work better for her.
Tips: No good for oily skin, maybe worth giving a go for dry skin
I purchased this as a friend had recently brought and enjoyed the product.
The packaging is cute, but in my opinion, quite 'young'. For most that's not an issue and it wasn't necessarily for me as it's not something I would have on display, however, I'm generally more attracted to more sophisticated or interesting/artistic packaging but that's entirely personal preference. The packaging is also quite small, especially in comparison to most primers (20ml).
It applied nicely to the skin and left it feeling very smooth (therefore baby skin like I suppose!) and pores somewhat minimised, however, for me.. the positives ended there. I found the product sat on the surface of my skin and didn't sink it. When I applied my foundation, which is a matte foundation and usually dries quickly on my skin without a primer, the consistency completely changed because it blended into the primer and the foundation didnt apply as nicely as it usually would, it also felt like it was just slipping off my face and further products I tried to apply afterwards slipped and smudged so easily. My base didn't really set properly until I applied powder (which is part of my usual routine), however, it changed the appearance because the powder didn't set as nicely and overall I just felt like my base looked cakey and wasn't going to last.
I do however, acknowledge that this product doesn't promise any mattifying properties and really only mentions it will blur pores... I do have oily skin so I think I struggled more with this product whereas someone with drier skin may find this works a bit better for them? Or else I think this would best be for a younger audience of more younger/new makeup users.
Tips: Perhaps, treat this almost like a moisturiser and give it half an hour to sink in... as best as it can! Also I think this product would be best for either people with dry skin or younger/newer makeup users.
I tried this after hearing a few good reviews from friends and YouTube. I hated the way it made my skin look :( I tried it with different foundations but always ended up with same result, it just wasn’t for my skin.
This primer wasn't bad but it definitely wasn't my favourite either. It did blur my pores as it says it does but it feels like silicone. I have quite dry skin so it definitely helped my foundation not cling to dry patches but I found it wore off around my nose towards the end of the day. The packaging is very basic but thats what you would expect with its reasonably low price but i felt the product didn't want to come out so i'd have to squeeze it more only for heaps to come out! :/
Tips: I think this primer would be good for someone just starting out in make up, or maybe as a cheap alternative to have around when you don't want to waste a more expensive primer on a day when you're not doing too much.
I don't usually use a primer, because I like to keep my routine as simple as possible. But recently I have felt my dry skin looking dull and just dry. I really wanted something to give me a fresh and more youthful appearance. I have also notived pores around my nose looking particularly prominent.
Well this is a lovely product that has certainly made me happy! It certainly blurrs and reduces pores. It feels silky smooth and even fills in my forehead lines quite a bit. On its own (over moisturiser_ - it just adds a youthful plumpness to my skin. And under makeup, it is a smooth base. I also find it makes my skin feel more hydrated. It prolongs my foundation, especially around my dry nose patches.
Overall I am very pleased with this product. And the price is great too!
Tips: apply with clean fingers over moisturiser
This products feels lovely and silky smooth on the skin, it's easy to use and you just apply it with your fingers. This didn't erase my pores and my foundation seemed to slip around and not sit right on my skin (combination/Oily) I did find a way to get help my foundation stay on better but still this product isn't for me.
Tips: I found applying it with my fingers first and then pressing the primer into my skin with a dry or dampened beauty blender helped my foundation stay on a little better.
this product feels pretty siliconey, it helps whatever you put on on top just slide on so well then stay there all day. i dont think it makes my pores disappear but it does help my makeup stay on longer.
