These things are so great I now own 3! They are so creamy and pigmented, they are easy to apply with fingers or a brush. You can wear them fine alone or under other colours. Cheap as it is but you can often find them on special too! I also love how you can get matts and sparkles!

Seriously this is one of my Holy Grail products! I will be purchasing these again and again and again! I love them so much! They look fab on their own and they take any shaddow from meh to OH WOW! Deffinately worth every dollar you pay for them, my only regret is not purchasing sooner!
Tips: GO BUY THIS NOW! You need it in your life!
I have a few of these now, and mainly use them as a base for my eyeshadow as they work amazing as an eye primer because of how long they last. These literally last until you wash them off, and they don't budge! It is a nice, thick sticky kind of formula and once you apply it it sets and it's stuck there until you remove it! It is easy to apply, and you don't need much... Not to mention affordable and they are actually quite large pottles I have barely made a dent because a little goes a long way! And there is basically every colour imaginable....
Tips: I have also got a brown shade one (taupe i think it is) and Let me just say it is perfect for my eyebrows!!!! I literally use it to fill them in and my eyebrows stay all day and the colour is pretty good match aswell! (apply with an angle brush)
I picked up the leather shade and it has quickly become a staple in my make-up routine. I thought I would use this product as a primer but fell in love with the leather shade - it's a great neutral on my light skin, and works well on its own so it makes it fast and easy to do my eyes with a quick swipe of the colour. The colour applies lighter on my skin than it appears in the jar, but it's easy to build up. The product is easy to apply using my finger, smooth to the touch, and soft when swiping across my eye lid. It dries quickly, and lasts the whole day. I don't end up with any creasing, and I have oily eyelids/skin. The jar is on the heavier, bulkier side when in my daily make-up case but I'll have this for a long time as a little goes a long way.
Tips: It dries quickly, so blend out immediately with your finger, or with a firm brush.
I bought this product from Farmers a few months ago as I thought the colour (Barely Branded) was gorgeous, and the consistency was great. I usually use this as an eyeshadow base, but some days I just use it by itself, and either way it looks great. It stays on my eyes all day without creasing. I love this product and it is very affordable - it was around 15.99 from farmers as far as I can remember.
The bucket sale came to town, and out the back door went my no spend. This is one of the items that has been on my wishlist for a long time and when I saw it at such a cheap price I couldn't go past it. I picked it up in Pomegranate Punk which is a really nice dark reddened pink that I thought would by nice for some more sort of grungey looks (but as I'll explain it is actually still quite natural).
The packaging is remarkably similar to my Chanel cream eyeshadow. A glass bottom and a black plastic lid. Nice simple packaging that does the job. I love that the lid is flat so you can store it upside down and still see the shade when you are storing it. Also the top of the glass part has a nice wide opening so it is easy to get the product out with a finger.
The product itself isn't as pigmented as I expected. If it was a high-end product I would be super disapointed. But at the same time that is actually quite a nice thing with this shade. If I use it quite sheerly across the lid it is just a slight wash of a pinky shade, it blends like a dream. But then it is quite buildable so in the outer corners I was able to build up the colour quite nicely. The colour on my eyes comes out as a sort of dark brown with a touch of purpley/red almost. Much different than what I expected from the name. With application of cream shadows I always prefer to use my finger for them rather than a brush, just as your finger warms the product up so it blends nicely. It isn't as creamy as a high end version but it still does the job.
With the wear time I would advise not using these by themselves. It is much better to use with a primer underneath and a powder eyeshadow on top. By itself it does crease on me by the end of the day. With a primer and eyeshadow they do last a full day on me.
I am really impressed with these for the price. I would definitely recommend these to a friend starting out with makeup as they are so easy to use.
1 eye shadow im in love with as a product. My sister gave me my first one and loved the colour and the staying power of it as well so have recently brought some more and can't wait to play with them. Another product where you could build up or have lightly on as well.
I've heard so many great things about these Maybelline Color Tattoo's. I had actually been searching for the shade Bad To The Bronze. Instead I stumbled across the shade 260 Matte Brown. I knew I had to have this as I am in love with anything with a matte finish right now.
The packaging is basically identical to a gel liner pot with a screw on lid, except a tad bit wider at the bottom. It has a screw on lid as per usual. The eyeshadow is of a creamy consistancy which is smooth and easy to apply. The matte finish is just gorgeous and this brown looks stunning with blue eyes! It does last for 24 hours as this product states and its just such a good eye shadow. A little bit goes extremely a long way. I've used this heaps and I still haven't made a dent in the pot. The only thing I dislike is that this can transfer to the upper part of the eyelid during the day, but it depends how you apply it.
Over all, these are great! I will be purchasing some other shades shortly.
I really like the maybelline colour tattoo eye shadow. It comes in a cute little pot with a screw on lid. The product itself it very buttery, pigmented and shimmery. These eye shadows work really well as a base. I usually apply this product using my finger as I find it works best this way. A little bit of product also goes a long way and the eye shadow lasts a long time.
I own the eye shadows in the shades Icy Mint and Seashore Frosts. The eye shadows have nice packaging; which consists of heavy glass pottles which makes them feel extra fancy. Icy Mint is a gorgeous mint shimmer but isn't very pigmented and requires 3 coats to become a solid colour. Seashore Frosts is a stunning blue-green with a gold iridescent shimmer to it. It requires 2 coats to become a solid colour for me. These were the first creme eye shadows I tried and I am very impressed. The colours are stunning, they last for me all day without any fall-out, creasing or fadeage and I am certain they would last for 24 hours if I wanted to wear them for that long. They are tricky to get off with make-up remover but that just shows their staying powder. I love these as they are easier to apply than powder eye shadows and they last for much longer.
Tips: Apply with a dampened eye shadow brush rather than your finger to build up colour more quickly.
